Any time estimates for this? I maaaay be free for a few hours Saturday, and it's one of the ones I've never done.

As for time, merit reward is 73 so that suggests a mean completion time around 4 hours. Since the Saturday teams tend to be competent, we should be faster than that so 3 hours is a decent estimate.
