.....AGH! Stop with these freaking useless temp powers! Now no one sane expects purples to drop like this, but I question "random is random" to the last fibre of my being. Is it really random when I have had had ONE Ragnarok EVER drop on my account? ONE RAGNAROK, EVER.

Or how is it that when I do get a purple, its one of the same three Fortunata Hypnosis's, or one of the same three Unbreakable Constraints? That does not seem very "random" to me, sorry. It seems awfully strange, as a matter of fact. Little too much pattern there for true random.

Friends in game say the same thing happens to them: every now and then they score a Hecatomb or something very sought-after, but usually its a Fortunata Hypnosis. For a while there I was getting a lot of Soulbound Allegiances, then I started keeping and crafting them for my MM, so those dried up too. Random! No offense, but roffle.

You know how sometimes it takes an hour or more to get your first tip of the day? Well, how about this...

For a low price (say, 100 inf), you buy a Newspaper from a Newsie. What you get from this is one random tip. You can only do it once per day.

I'm sure someone will have objections, but I think this would make doing tip missions a lot more fun, and cut out a lot of the boring streetsweeping you sometimes have to do to get a tip. People who don't like it don't necessarily have to use it, and it doesn't really give any discernible advantage to people who do choose to use it. Plus, it gives some nifty functionality to the Newsies other than yelling about old news (like Pocket D opening) and giving out new information (like Villains coming to Paragon and vice versa) in NPC chatter.

I am a role-player. The character concept that I came up with is roughly based off the cowardly sniveling villain who serves as a 'yes' man for a antagonist of repute. Ala Toad to his Magneto, or Wildside to his Stryfe.

The Accolade bar is full and at the top of my "Closest to completion" tab, but it has not awarded. Im coming close with another toon for this accolade and will update this post if its an issue getting accolades or anything of the sort.
