Just checked under the Accolade section, and its a full bar there also, but no badge.
The same thing is happening to one of my toons for the Mercenary Accolade. I have both the Vanguard Recruit and the Criminal badges showing as completed and both badges are displayed on my Badges tab/menu. The the progress bar is showing full for the Mercenary accolade, but no accolade awarded. I filed a /bug report in game and will post if/when it gets resolved.
Are you playing a character that is either Rogue or Vigilante at the moment? If you are, you need to switch all the way to Hero or Villain to actually have the accolade award. You're earning the credit for the Day Jobs just fine no matter what alignment you are, but some badges don't award until you are fully Hero or Villain.
Also, sometimes day job badges don't award upon log in. You get the message in the chat window that says you got it, but your progress bar will still be visible instead of the badge. Zoning usually fixes this.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Im playing a Scrapper, that is a full fleged hero, never even switched Allignments once. Been hero the whole time. The badge has been showing that way for about a week now.
It is clear that one or more accolade badges that involve 'Patroller' are borked. One of my characters has had Patroller for a long time. When he got Vanguard Recruit, he did NOT get the Mercenary accolade. The accolade shows a full progress bar, but the badge did not award.
This character is a hero and has NEVER changed alignments. After getting Vanguard Recruit, I zoned multiple times and logged out and back in - no accolade. It's definitely broken.
