Just wondering if this as happen to anyone. You get on your hero, go in a Radio mission and you see level 41 guys in there? lol They are Shadow Shards Reflections.... This is a very old mission I got it before i22 so there could have been Banishes there... Not sure, but it is kinda funny. Also scary....

Uh-oh. You'd heard that the VillainGroup were looking to grab some street people after they'd made a big score, but it didn't seem to make sense. But if they have the human bomb formula, they might be looking for test subjects! VillainGroup kidnapping helpless citizens? Not on your watch! -

I have found some people are so unhappy with everything...they complain about everything. Has nothing to do with the actual item, but more a reflection of them. -

I think he started out suggesting we should be able to play all our characters at the same time on a league, but then someone hit me with the Confusion power and it gave me an aneurysm.
I don't want to unsign on him until I know what he's suggesting.

I think it would be kinda cool to make a League of 48 heroes that is yours heroes you made, this would help making teams for TFs/Trials... Unless that one person don't have more then one 50 or what ever level you need to be for TFs/Trials... Here the idea of how it would work.
The allies would work like the Mastermind pets,
Maybe around level 10, get a mission to to help one of your heroes (this mission can be repeat 7 times per hero))., that will join you. As the team leader "since he/she is the leader" get Leadership bonus ((Yes, the pool power Leadership)) you will only get this bonus if you have your at least one of your 7 teammates with you.
Maybe give your team a bonus of your choice, like 10% per teammate.
10% to damage, regeneration, xp, money, defense, Only one of them at a time...
you could even pick 8 of them, so 10% bonus to 8 team buffs instead of 80% to one team buff
If you already put a hero in a team you made, you still can make a new one with that hero just need to make a different name per team, so the Leader of the team your playing would get that Leadership buff.
VIPs get unlimited Teammate Slots.... ((Yes that what I am calling them :P ))
Premium get one free one to try it out, and see if they like it.
Now here the reason for the Devs to do it other then it is fun.
400 Paragon points are 5 dollars
1 Hero slot is 480 points.
If this is 800 points that 10 dollars.
So let say Premium as only 6 slots, and have 6 Team up slots.
If they want a 7th member they would need to spent 15 dollars for it or be a VIP.
Not sure how good their severs our, it may cause alot of lag... Also yes, I am aware that most poeple don't have 48 slots on a sever, but maybe they will make it so you can play cross severs,
since I brought up the sever thing I will also say I want to invite my heroes to my own super group don't really want to stand around asking poeple to invite my toons.

You could hide all of your stuff in your mail. :P that might be a pain too
. I agreed it would be nice to have an account vault for your heroes/villains. Don't know why they would share stuff but that is ok.

True, and a hero would not leave a city to it doom at X level. You should be able to get radio missions for any city, from 1-50.

Also would indeed be cool to join groups like CoT, maybe becoming the leader of them, so you can control what they do, like invade Atlas... :P -

Pistol, you can use toxic, ice, or fire bullets.
Sonic, I forgot but don't it have some stuns?
Water, will it is new and do smashing + cold damage.
Also role play. But I am sure they will do something to make them more level with the new sniping thing. =) -

What I DO NOT WANT to see is the situation Kheldians are in, where they have a zillion powers because each form comes with its own subset that need a million billion slots to kit out. Have one set of powers built for one thing that just change their appearance and stats with the different forms.
Like in "Who Will Die part 1" (((Spoilers)) skip the next line, if you don't want to know.
Where you get Synapse powers, that are there to the end of the mission.
So maybe turn in a bear and give you 5 attacks, when you turn human those attack disappear. I would LOVE a Shapeshifter. -

Yeah, I hate the Master Illusionist... This one one you beat them use 2 rows of Enrages, and make sure she isn't phased
. It does seem like she do phase shift less then in 2004, can be wrong.

I hardest EB I have battle is Evil Manicore.... He is level 50... or now he is 50+... now he is 50++ now I can't hit him... I might have got him down to 50% Hit Points and so couldn't beat me. I used two rows or Enrages and Lucks then Unstoppable and couldn't beat him... That was with my Tank. I can't do it with him I am sure I can't do it with my other heroes or villains.
I should try it again but with Ivy help.... She was killed because I stop paying attention to my Hit Points so I died lol.

I looked around, and did a search but I couldn't find out where is this city? I look nothing like Paragon City... unless there was a massive earthquake that broke Atlas, Perez, Galaxy, apart :P Or maybe it is Kings Row, Skyway City, Independence Port and Talos Island =. It can't be Rouge Isles unless Mother Mayhem pushed the islands so they look neat.
