None of the villain PPP sets are of much use in PVP, we were told the Villain epics would be more powerful to make up for the fact that you cannot respec and change them like you can with hero ones, what a crock that was. Villain epic armours for squishies are needed but thats about it, the pets are useless (pretty much in pve too) I can go through every hero epic set for all the different ATs and there are several powers I want to take from them and fir into my hero builds, on my villains I will take armour on squishies and thats it, my brutes and stalkers dont even bother and fill up on pool powers.

Simple fact is Heroes are MUCH more powerful than villains in PVP and the undynamic PPPs are the main cause of this

The fact that Defenders and Controller get power boost and Corruptors dont will always make villain teams weaker than heroes.

I would take it eventually but you can certainly delay it until about 30, you'll want it if you get other toggles like tough, leadership or focused accuracy.

Good power choices but theres a few things I would do:

<ul type="square">[*]I would take slice ASAP push back dull pain if you have to[*]Take out a couple of TH's in tactics and but two more recharges in build up, build up and Headsplitter a beautiful thing 1 shot 4 +1 CoT minions with it today [*]Take one TH from focused accuracy and slot MoG 3 def 1 rec - the nature of MoG is that you wont use it much but when you do you want it to be a good as possible[/list]

SS/Dark is awesome in Sirens but any combination of SS/ Stone/ or DM/ and /ele /dark /invul will be good there.

My EM/Fire is awesome in warburg with double build up total focus and ET but pretty poor in sirens

ID great power when fighting bubblers, stormies, and mind controllers/dominators allow your team mates to walk straight through the repel

Thought about Kinetics instead of rad? if you arent taking debuffs siphon power, siphon speed, and fulcrum shift would be of more use to you . . .

It would be much much easier if EU-&gt;US transfers was allowed. Yes, I know that would sort of mean the last blow on EU servers, but forcing people to stay or restart a new account without any 50s to PvP is not way imo
