It's 5% defence for a 3Slotted Weave and 17,5% resistence for a 3Slotted Tough (IIRC)

Tough :: Base: 11.25% / 3 Slotted: 17.55% *
Weave :: Base: 3.75% / 3 Slotted: 5.85% *

I wouldnt go fighting on an SR uses too much end, aid self so much better.

Taking into account that tough and weave would almost double (if not infact double depending on slotting) your end cost of current toggles I'd agree with Aid Self instead

how much will weave give to def ? is it 2,5 ? and how much does tough give ??
