But against slows, surely you want Speed Boost 
In any case, just make sure you pick up SB at 24 and you'll be fine

The slow is negligble, especially if you also spam Speed Boost. Which, to be honest, you should be doing in PvP.

speed boost is my next to get power..Just glad the early 20s fly by

But how bad is the "slow" effect on it?
Is it something that can in fact pose a threat to my team/annoy the scappers ?
For pve I was not too bothered as speed is rarely an issue.
