So I just saw stacker say that he was done messing with his bases because he is bored with it. He has taught so many of us so much. I feel that this truely means the end of our hope for improvement. Good Bye my beloved sub-game, you have been ignored to death. You will be missed.

I have searched and not got the result that I was hoping for. I am making a fire/mace tank and looking for a guide for this. Any help is awesome

This is very simple. Don't want Patrol xp log off a day job. Wentworth, city hall, base, etc...

I have a BS/INV scrapper that I have done this with, plus added PVP IO sets to attacks and res. Let me tell you he rocks big time!

Always check for sappers first when fighting Malta. I have a BS/INV and a BS/WP scrapper that can take these bad boys purple and I know you can too.

Well they said fall which ends Dec 22nd. Christmas event should hit Dec 16thish, and one would imagine that they will want the servers stable by then. My guess Nov 30th.

I'm planning to host an All Things Art: Bases thread in the near future. Watch for that and post all of these suggestions there, if you don't mind. As with the other topics, I'd like to know exactly what you guys want before I make recommendations to the team as a whole.

Hello base community, recently I sent a PM to Noble Savage about some base art issues and actually got a reply. Keep an eye for an All Things Art: Bases thread. Realy excited about this as somethings have actually been add to game the game from his other threads. Just passing this news on to all of you.

Instead of starting a new thread, I thought that I would you this one. I am in need of one of these to finish my build. I have spent a lot on this build and want this last piece. If anyone has one that they would part with please send me a PM here or a tell in game @ global name Red Phantom Ranger. I will be in game until about midnight est.

Ok, I have gotten to just 2.8 points under the res cap for smashing and lethal on my invul scrapper. My question ishow much should I worry about def for smashing and lethal?

If you have the mish teleporter pop it and see what happens

There are IO's and then there is the in coming Incarnate system

I have played mostly invul scrappers and blasters of many types. But I am looking at making a Dual Blade/ Willpower scrapper. I have searched through about 25 pages of the forums and can't find what I am looking for. Does willpower need health and stamina with fast healing and quick recovering?

I have had a great time trying to build a cool SG base. But the reality is that I don't have skill or the time to make that happen. I am looking for a tech-ish base can have some arcane. I have over 4 million prestige to spend. I don't know what is fair price wise but I can pay. Also have a small VG base that I would need done. I can pay better villian side due to a good friend leaving me all his stuff when he quit. Please help out, make suggestion, or anything.

A solo base can be done only with patience. I have had some fortune come my way in drops that I have made a great deal of inf on and have my toons pretty much the way that I want. So dropping the inf to prestige has been done. A little help from a friend to get alts invited and knowing what to start with.

Ok my computer took a crap and had to reinstall windows vista. Does anyone know how to turn off the the progam needs permission prompt. I am running Norton 360 if that matters
