any non AE enemy that can drop a level 50 recipe(47+ non pet/underling enemy) has a chance to drop a purple recipe.

Actually would be happy if a villain could use war witch also don't need another trainer just the ability for both to use the trainer.

I'm pretty sure they're refering to a card like the Walmart Money Card or one of those mall visa gift cards that charge like 5 bucks to load -
if there isn't a way in game to do so, there are a couple of programs out there that allow you to do things like that. Volumouse comes to mind first, it's a nifty program that allows you to set up the mouse wheel to control volume based on different parameters.

Nah, in Hindsight the devs just wish they hadn't made the epic pools for Heroes so *good*. Hence watered down Patron powers.
Maybe they'll Force Respec you? Maybe nothing will be impacted at all and you'll just unlock both blue and redside epic pools if you betrayed your side.

Edit: And I think they will keep Villains with PPPs and Heroes with APPs. They would have to make 4 new epic pools for every AT (except PB/WS) if it wasn't like that, because heroes don't have PPPs and Villains dont have APPs at the moment.

/em alakazamreact was the emote used by someone you were "casting" the alakazam emote on to turn into a pumpkin.
(like /em slap and /em slapreact)

their "servers coming down for emergency" message always says to come to the forums for more info, and it's rare that anything is actually posted except telling us the servers are down and the expected window.
but even that post doesn't come up until after they're down if it comes at all -

Something I'd like to mention, unless you're taking phse shift for thematic reasons, plan to use it in every fight, or for PVP, it's really not worth taking. Buy the phase temp power at the market and craft it. it gives you 5 charges of phase.
They both only last 30 seconds at a time, and it saves you a power slot(or three) if you only use it as the occasional "oh [censored]" button. The recipe is cheap, and you can get it as many times as you want. -
Zero issues at all on my runs over the past few weeks. IF there is a bug, it's new since issue 15.

I agree with them, the Villain version is a lot more fun because of the whole "gadget fight" thing, it's actually interesting, as opposed ot standing around blasting him on occasion with the ray gun on hero side.
the hero fight is just tedious and boring, the villain fight actually has some interesting elements to it, and is over much faster than the hero fight in my experiences on test and live.

Can someone connect the dots for me? I'm quite in the dark as to how some teams like the one above knock over Reichsman like he was made of Kleenex, and others pound on him and eventually give up in frustration. This team had a MM, but people are asserting the MM temp power is borked, so that shouldn't have made the diff. Did this team have a huge amount of debuffs? Did you simply have enough damage and -Res to pound Reichsman before he could phase or hit Unstoppable?

I'm going to go with experience being the key factor in teams like this. Really. A "perfect team makup" that's nothing but PL babies is going to die in hilarious ways, but a random mix and match of good, experienced players who know their ATs are going to wipe the floor with Reichsman every time.

the last time I was on test playing around with it, the free costume token worked, except it didn't pop up the option until I went over the inf. i had available on the character.
