I think it would be better if they were a pet you could summon every hour or so when you needed assistance. Id say to make it random though like if you call ms. liberty you either get her, some longbow or maybe minx or someone else.

I completed my first vigilante alignment switch mission last sunday so now I want to know if I'm still going to get the 7 day badge for maintaining this alignment. I still do vigilante tips and the alignment mission every 2 days but it seems to reset the timer in the alignment tab under the personal info window.

So is this working the way it should? Or will doing vigilante alignment missions keep me from ever getting the 7 day badge. I plan to do the 7 day badge for villain, and rogue before finally coming back to heroes.

Its a bug that normally corrects itself by logging out the character that was editing and logging back in.

Now if only they could get Michael back to play Lex.... About the only other person I'd like to see playing lex would be Joseph Kucan. Yeah I'm biased right? Man he played an awesome villain in c&c for over 10 years. I think he could play a very convincing Lex Luthor. Not as good as Michael but probably better than alot of others.

Smallville season 10 is starting sept 24th and I want to make sure I can record it on dvd rather than use an old vcr until eventually it is finished and released on an official dvd....

With that said I've been looking through all of the DVD recorders on newegg and 2 have caught my eye, but I have never owned or operated a DVD recorder.

The pack is fun I am really enjoying it but this would of been the perfect time to give players carnie and freakshow costume pieces. You know, like those carnie sashes, boots and corsets we've been asking for for awhile? I mean who else knows how to party like the carnival of shadows and the freakshow.

The only thing about doing rolls like before im not 100% I want to do that on a 50. Since luck of the gamblers and miracles see most value at level 25/20.

I just don't know if I should risk burning them on rolls that could be 5 crap of the hunters or call of the s**t man.

I guess if you get about 150 - 200 mil worth of recipes per roll its a good deal.

So do you think its best to save up and buy that expensive pvp recipe with the hopes of selling it for billions or should I buy specifc ios like level 25 lotg 7.5, 20 miracle unique etc or finally just do random 5 recipe rolls.

What is the most expensive pvp recipes nowdays and are people paying more for it than ever or will its price more than likely drop soon?

Id say to use option 2 because sometimes you might want a bit of the classic pieces along with the new stuff. One of my characters still uses the head band wings over the new mac pack head wings. Not just because the classic version has the headband and the new one doesn't but be because the texture fits better.

Ended up being the tv it was not fixed. I replaced it with a sony 46 inch bravia. It cost a bit more but all in all its a nice upgrade and walmart didn't give me a hassle taking the vizio back.

Dont know if it was vsync or not but I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and turned off vsync and it appears to be fixed. Thank god. Vsync had not given me problems in the past so im going to assume that the drivers some how got corrupt. Thanks either way zombie man.

As for the comment by father christmas, its been proven by gamers worldwide that sp3 on xp does in fact cause a noticeable drop in system performance on many machines. Mine included which is why I didn't install it this time when I reformatted.

Won't update to sp3 since it causes loss of performance especially in other games and its been working just fine without sp3 since I reformatted weeks ago.

I'm hoping this might just be something yesterdays patch messed up since it only seems to be affecting coh. I'd rather not have to try and deal with walmart by taking this tv back.

Tonight while playing I noticed 4 black lines in the background of my screen while playing.

Please note that this is on a Vizio 42inch hdtv

Details: 3 vertical lines on the right side of screen, 2 are spaced about 4 inches apart and the other is on the right about 1 inch from the other 2 and the last one is on the far left of the screen about 1 inch from the left side of the screen.

The lines are only visible while moving up, down left or right or while looking around but are not visible while standing still. Again note this is on a 42 inch hdtv and this problem is not occuring or not visible enough to notice while watching movies, playing other games or just browsing the net or using windows in general.


Steps I have taken to correct the problem and notes:
This is the first time this has occurred in the the nearly 2 months I've owned this tv. This will be the 2nd time I've had a problem with a vizio tv as the contrast went out in my last one after only having it for 1 week.

I tried using another hdmi cable but nothing changed, I unhooked my video game consoles and don't have a cable cord connect, just the hdmi directly connected to my computer.

I has not change any settings or download any windows or driver updates over night.

Now I have reset my nvidia profile settings on my gtx 480 as well as the ingame settings.

This problem cannot be caught on screenshots. The screenshots don't display the problem so it can't be the video card but im confused as to why it only shows up for coh. What would cause my tv to suddenly not function correctly with coh?

Special note: The problem does not occur when I disable the ui. I can also move the chat box or other parts of the ui and make some of the lines disappear or shift to another area of the screen. Alt tabbing out of coh results in no lines while another program or screen is maximized. Just affecting coh.

I don't think its a bad mechanic myself. It ensures that people will not abandon paragon/rogue and will still level from 1 - 20 in Paragon City and Rogue Isles.
