  1. btw I herd the deamon map on a fire/rad troller and I find 5 man spwans takin 2 mobs at a time to be the best way for those sets. Would be interested to see if u can make this work tho?

  3. I can almost solo battle maiden as an AV on my fire/rad, but tend to run out of end, I have seen a fire/kin solo her. But tbh imho ill/ isnt the AV killing primary. Can easily kill her if I have my fire/sonic to back me up tho!
  4. I tend to farm the battle maiden mish from maria jenkins.
  5. Im planning to build an elec/mental blaster and with shortcircuit lightning ball and psychic shockwave the AoE damage should be very nice indeed. I should be able to chain a decent ST attack combo with charged bolts lighning bolt and mind probe. Nothing amazing, but not to be sniffed at.
  6. Im of the opinion that all farmers should be killed at least once. Then constantly if they whine on broadcast.

    My spines/fire will be goin with dark mastery. He's level 40 at the moment. If you dont get the immob from dark, personally im not sure theres much point in burn as when ever you use it and the mobs aren't immob they just run away. But immob burn spine burst ripper, plus both auras, most things should be dead very very very quickly. Also Im taking the fighting pool for tough as I think a little more s/l resistants wouldnt hurt. But my build is is for PvE.

    Really sorry guys, my internet connection went down about 10 am and has only just come back on. Obviously I was unable to get on to gather people but I've been stuck in the house all day so haven't been able to get on the net at all, otherwise I would have updated the thread.     Yeah 6 GMT, at least I think were on GMT at the mo. Power Build up and Vengance are both extremely useful. Imo they are very useful all the time, not just on STF. But if you dont have them, its no biggie, but PBed fort willl help the tank quite alot. Also if we all have shivans, I'm thinking of try to rush all the AVs at once.

    I started my fire/rad in a superteam run by @singstar. Now unfortunately that fell apart when the team hit the 30s but I continued playing mine and its an awesome build solo, when you have a number of them in a team they become even more powerful.

    I was thinking how awesome it would be to do a Fire/Rad STF. So this goes smoothly I was thinking the ideal team would be 6 fire/rads an empath and a stone tanker.

    I have discussed the idea ingame with @Free Spirit and she was interested in joining with her fire/rad. So I have we have two so far. Would anyone else be interested in joining us for this with either fire/rad, emp or tanker?

    Date and time to be decide once we have a full team.
  18. Stryker Im happy to give it a go. I just dont know enough people who PvP to put together a full team. The thing you guys dont seem to get is the sheer distance in skill level between yourselves and the average pvp population. Having said that I'm sure there are enough people with good PvP skills out there to field a half way decent team.

    So I'll accept your challenge.

    If anyone is already forming a team and need an extra member I got a blaster or scrapper and you can get me @Nicky. Alternatively if anyone would like to help me form a team against vindicate, I'm happy to give that a go to.
  19. I understand why you guys want to fight together, but there is noone in the EU that has the skill and organisaion you guys have. Spag I agree with your point about fighting harder opponents to learn from them, but in this game, PvP moves too fast for that, espeacially in the arena. Couple that with the fact your fighting the best team in the EU and your kinda screwed. I would love to fight your guys, but as it stands you guys are an uber team and all there is to oppose you is a couple of good PvPers with some casuals making up the numbers. How is that ever going to be an interesting fight. To be honest, Im not even sure why you want a fight, whats the point. You'll beat who ever 40-2. The only way I can see you guys getting decent fights is, each of you forms a team gives some training in team arena PvP. Then you each fight the other teams. See who can mold the best team. As it stands, I dont think there is anyone out there your level, so finding a good fight may be nigh impossible.
  20. Its not really all that much fun fighting an all vindicate team. Now if you guys were to spread out amongst two teams I would be happy to join you in the arena. I might get a chance to learn a thing or two before my face get mushed to the floor that way.
  21. IMO boost range is the best power for blasters. I would drop TF and take boost range instead. TF is a very nice power, but its totally useless againt anything the thats constantly moving. And I have found it doesnt make all that much difference when your kiting melee toons as you want to focus on keeping them slowed to run them out of heals, DP etc. btw EP + BS &gt; TF in about the same animation time.

  23. TF is a mag 4 stun, whereas stun is mag 3. Both have 100% chance to stun. BS is a mag 3 stun but on has a 20% chance to effect. From experiace of using all of them, I can conlclude that stun is rubbish for PvE, wont stun a boss and takes way too long to fire off. TF is great, although it takes eternity to fire, its damage is ridiculous and the stun is very nice for bosses. Stun can be used in PvP for detoggling squishys and stacking against anyone with mez protection. Although I had to drop it from my PvP build due to the fact it was too hard to stack the stuns on melee toons and TF works better on squishies.
