I wouldn't 4 slot anything with the same IO and I would resist 3 slotting IOs as well.

Lets take a 3 end mod and 3 rechg power and make it into a 2 end mod, 2 rechg and a endmod/rechg "saving on a slot" for elsewhere. That endmod/rechg could be something cheap from the lower sets and be fine. The second build isn't something I'd want too expensive.

The 2 acc 3 dam could become 1acc, 1acc/dam, 2 dam or 2 acc, 2 dam, 1 dam/rechg, again a lower level set enh.

Every figure on every power has to be read and then you may say well is it going to be noticeable.

Combat jump with a def slot, how much better does it get? Add the second def slot and how much better still? But don't you have so little in defense that the defense from it is hardly going to be noticeable and so you'd need to rely on active defense anyway?

When you read run speed, forget the percentages and look at it in ft per sec. Going from 3 IOs to 3 SOs is such a small change in speed but being a blaster with ranged attacks is that going to matter? You could ask yourself if sprint could have 1 IO less as it is only 0.1 ft per sec different and have that slot elsewhere.

Lightning field, when your draining, it's there to prevent the enemy recovering end between the proper drain powers like short circuit and timesink. 0,78 eps on you is a lot too, and you only want enough to overcome enemies end recovery when it comes to end modding it. One of the stamina end mods creating 0,07 end rec could be saving 0,23 in end cost in LF but you can free up slots in many places. You take a sprint IO out of swift, exchange a plain end mod io in stamina for a perf shift end mod and gain travel speed back.

Sometimes its just one guy whose lead picking a team that will have his mobs high to them and then he gets his arcs done. In fact that's almost exactly what it is.

For people its "I am in a team" or "I like a good fight" and "it looks like good xp".

You could recharge it further and add additional defence taking the ice armour over the rain but it pains me to say that "unless PA is recharged down to 57 secs why bother". If you keep the rain then you could make that better but affording such a build takes some level of commitment.

This happens invariably on other sets as well like superstrength (no its not the rage crash) and so is not limited to electric b.

A lvl 1 should find it unlockable.

How long ago did you play mace? What is specifically broke? A single target attack should now do damage to one target yet aggro those in the gauntlet area.

That's me but in minutes.

They should hit 5 targets maximum with Gauntlet. Providing that number of targets are not only within the area but the attack lands. That's how I have found it.

Just to add, any pbaoe that can damage 10 should gauntlet 10 and as a general rule the higher the endurance cost the greater the area of gauntlet.

Teamed with a tauntless tank it's generally safer to attack after whirling axe, cleave, pendulum but everything is dependent on positions.

Don't think in terms of more defense, as you're a kin, just take cj, kb prot it and never look back.

Create a new forum for anyone interested. Have 50 ppl list what they can offer. Assign people teams with requested characters and tell them their roles in the teams. Organize EoE hunts (plenty of) more than needed, then set a date.

I think part of the problem with union is there are plenty of people who feel its a waste of time, but if it's definitely well organized and looks promising they may jump in it to win it.

Try producing builds and then not using the words "professionals". Vanity is our favourite sin.

Half of the problems people have is down to giving themselves to certain powers and/or loss of taunt control.

I think that in terms of how devs define soloing, many different types of characters have a good chance of soloing her in RV, it maybe a onetime opportunity and not just with the hope that you wouldn't get pvped either.

I think its happening to many people. I seen this sort of thing make people go play another game that they have for months, truly annoying.

I couldn't even level pact with my second account. I eat story arcs like anything. The amount of prestige my characters can earn before reaching 50 is quite something and if they wished to reimburse my characters on every contact confidented with merits they would of got they'd be loaded.

Kerensky is with Runes of Magic a new european version of an already popular game from the far east I believe. It looks good. Open Beta on Monday.

I wouldn't be too clear on what your looking for. Is it how enemies scale in rank and leveling in terms of hp and damage per end?

Right, I've never liked PvP because it is broke.

There you go, I went in on a Claws/SR in the early days. It's always broke. Even if you punch every figure into Excel its broke. Dr Rock and Arcanaville will tell you its broke.

Broke and need of fix.
