Give Electrical Blast attacks a miss animation

Playing on Villains, no idea if its the same on Heroes, Charged Bolts and Lightning Bolt from the Electrical Blast set dont actually have a 'miss' animation.

This is a bit minor, but when your expecting an attack to hit and it apparently does, that normally means an instant change of target. If the attack acutlaly misses, you know not to, but these dont.

Minor, I guess, but would be nice to see it corrected.

I don't use that set, but going from experience, I'd leave it as is... I hate all that fanning around when Sands of Mu misses... just a waste of time.

I've never seen a problem with it. Let's just assume that they have rubber boots on when it misses or something

The actual animation wouldnt have to be any different, but it should 'miss', like all other ranged sets, rather than 'hitting' and doing naff all.

a short curcet animation could work, something like you're burning your hands with some electricity around it.

Doesnt even need to be that, it'd just be nice if it actually missed, rather than causing confusion and annoyance by 'hitting' when it actually misses.

Basically, he finds it annoying that the attack animation still connects to the target, even if it misses, and would prefer if it whiffed past the target like most (all?) other non-AoE attacks do.

I kinda like the fact elec attacks never "miss" makes me look great when fighting clocks :d and i always kinda put it down to the electricity dose hit you but has no effect (your earthed, wearing copper underwear, are just a plain hard [censored], etc)

But yea it should probably have a animation for missing

The difference being, SS is a melee set. All melee sets miss that way. Electric blast is a ranged set, and not other ranged set does this, afaik. Ergo, confusion.

Actually the miss animation can look really stupid. It almost looks like you are deliberatly miss firing when it goes 10m over the targets head.
