Build Request: Willpower/Energy Melle
Try producing builds and then not using the words "professionals". Vanity is our favourite sin.
He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.

Mine's not. Mine's Sloth...
(Build 2) Is going to be a problem because PvP was changed drastically recently, and even if people knew what was now a "good PvP build", Willpower got very badly affected. (RTTC gets completely distoggled due to the tiny foe -tohit debuff, not suppressed). In general EM is still alright if a bit slower and less damaging than folks are used to. The stuns certainly help. And take and slot Taunt for the -range. WillPower is a bit pants due to the RTTC issue, and you're going to get hit with "diminished returns" for both Defense and Resistance. Focussed Accuracy isn't worth a power pick anymore.
(Build 1) is easier. How tough you are outside of GodMode really depends on whether or not you want to go for the fighting pool. In general you'll want perma-capped HP (from accolades and set bonuses) with 100% Healing values in RTTC, Health and Fast Healing. For Aggro control, you'll need to take and slot taunt as well as put two level 50 Taunt Duration IOs in RTTC. Because quite frankly EM's aggro control is virtually worthless, and RTTC by itself has issues holding the attention of anything over +2s. You'll want Superspeed or SJ as your primary mode of travel, as RTTC requires you to be in melee range of foes to get the +Regen. Hover-Tanking is a bad idea. You may want to take an extra AoE attack from the Epic pools to increase your aggro control.
EM in general is geared towards the soloist. Slow high-damage attacks, very little AoE (Whirling hands is very low damage and tends to make foes stagger out of taunt aura range). Likewise, Willpower is more a soloing set since it's very self-sufficient with all the +regen and +recovery, but poor at holding aggro (RTTC's taunt "ticks" are very low duration and do not overlap when fighting above +2s). So if you want to be able to effectively tank for a PvE team, you'll really need to slot RTTC and make good use of both taunt + gauntlet.
