Right now the servers are experiencing a higher than normal volume with the patch drop. Turn on netgraph and watch what happens when you publish. The client and server engage in some heavy traffic which in reality disconnects your normal connection while your AE mission is uploaded. If this takes too long, the client will see the longer drop in normal game traffic as a disconnection from the server.

It isnt a bug per se, but rather a really bad design decision. As is, wait until tomorrow before publishing again. In the mean time, I recommend not using IE/Firefox, Torrent, etc while uploading, as they can cut into your uplink bandwidth, causing the upload to take extra time as well.

Check your processes for a rogue CoX process that still has it locked. If that doesnt work, reboot. That should clear all zombie processes and any file locks they have.

Whay type is the attack? Ice/ and Shield/ will probably stand well against driving the accuracy to the ground. Toss on some debuffs for measure.
And of cource there is the stacking CM with AB/Fort cover from the emp.

Nothing is insurmountable.

Should be trivial to add. Its just another command for the parser to find. For compatability, the /e command would accept both, but the /ec or /ea would only accept specific animations or commands as valid parameters.

First verify the monitor is working and is powered. Looks like its not even showing up. Check all the connections on both sides. Look for the at least the power light on the monitor.

Also, turn the lights off or shine a flashlight on the screen to see if something is there. The backlight on your flat panel may have died. (I ran into this with one of my monitors a few weeks ago.)

I dont know where to start.

Attacks:
You have, Subdual, Fire Blast and Fire Ball for ranged.
TK and PSW for close ranged.
Scare for mez.
You dont have enough +Rech to perma Hasten, so lets look at the numbers with that off. Pretty much youll be sitting on Fire Blast and Subdual for your damage. Chipping away at health with no big punch. Ouch.
Also, you have 2 great cone powers, and you took neither?

Recharge:
Decent amount, but not enough for perma hasten.

Defense:
I like the -KB from Zephyr but why Acro? Because 8pts of -KB isnt enough? Seems like a wasted pick.
Not enough set bonuses to matter, you are running naked so to speak.

Wierd Slotting:
6 Slots in Stamina just fro +5% recharge and 2.5% damage? Drop 3 in there to max recovery and move the other 3.
6 Sloting Posis on Fireball is a little wasteful as well, Its so damage heavy you're ED'ing on 5 (all but Dam/End). Thats another slot.
Same for Sting... drop the Proc tho. It really doesnt pay off given the slow recharge/animation time of the power. +1 slots.
And Scare, lose the proc. The Proc is counter productive. Scare hits.. applies fear.. freezes target. Then the proc damge tick hits and they get thier 1 action.. nullifying the reason you scared them in the first place. +1 slots
The power from Acro + all the slots.. Take Blaze. Please. Youll be much happier.

Flares: Bright Red
Fire Blast: Red
Fire Ball: Bright Orange
Fire Breath : Orange
Blaze: White
Blazing Bolt: Blue

Thats if we get to color code each power... so I can match the power of the attack to the progressive hotter colors of flame.

And lets see..... cat-ears...check. Sword/Katana.... check. White spiky long hair... check. white robe... check.
Its really easy. Ive seem some impressivly accurate clones... and I cant report them fast enough.

Because there arent enough Naruto, Inuyasha, Tri-Gun clones out there already.

The only problem with soft-coding is having sufficient guards on the API to prevent bad values from making it back to the calling function (at which point the engine tosses an out of bounds exception or something and dies a horrible core dumping death.)

Well the non rikti boss method I used with my brute was using the Behemoth Masters (LT Rank) from the CoT. They pump about 600k/hr. With a Pain/Rad/Thermal healing you, its not tough to put those numbers up easily.
(2 Man on max diff might get a L53 which is 700k/hr and there are no shortage of CoT paper missions in GV.

Mass Hypnosis FTW on Posi. Srsly. We bypassed alot of fighting on the rescue FEMA workers because I'd just sleep them and we walk the hostages past them. It neutralized the numbers advantage they had when we had to fight.

I remember assembling the monster sets for the schools back in Omaha. Those were a blast to put up. We had to test them out.... for safety reasons of cource.

And im really glad my kids are older now..... well sort of. Grape juice on the shirt was the worst thing in the laundry for a while. Teenage girl... ill just stop there.

Get a war zone arc mission against the Rikti. Crank the diff. Make friends with an Emp or Pain.

Kill everything except a Rikti Chief Soldier Boss with rounded shoulder pads. Rest in front of him while the Emp Pain heals you at range. Youll get about 1.2M/hr. 5 hours of afk farming and poof, yer done.

Its really pretty easy. Just realize that you will screw up at some point, and it will get ugly. Call a regroup and dont do what you just did again.

Raid Main leader calls the buffs and start.

Hami Taunt sets the taunt order.

Yellow Taunt assigns yellows.

Yellow Assault targets the yellow.

Ranged assault targets the blues and greens.

IMHO, Ranged Assault leader has the hardest job keeping the right target as the yellow team moves along. The taunt teams and raid leader really do most of thier work before theattack wave starts. They only really have to get active if things start to unwind.

Be brave and step up to lead, the worst you can do is have 49 people pissed at you for causing the wipe. Pre-i9 that could be twice as many =).

The stand-alone existing salvage racks can be used if you want a special storage area that is restricted. The idea was around larger, communal storage. I am not advocating removing the existing salvage racks for those that prefer them.

Sadly, only Scrappers had thier inherent from day 1 blue side.

And Vigilance only helps when you screw up. Go me. Then again, Defiance 1.0 was the same way.

And if a Fire/Fire is generating too much aggro, slot better, because 90% of the critters should be dead before they realize you are blasting them.

As for gauntlet.... it seems to be the perfect blend with WP because most tanks have a more agressive aura which holds aggro by itself. Largely, Ive been a disappointed with gauntlet, but really, do tanks need to be better?

Problem: The 30 item limit on salvage storage can get chaotic since you cannot see what is in all the other bins on the base at once. Organization of items in bins is also clunky.

Solution: Create 2 New Base Items that would allow up to 240 salvage items to be accessed and sorted via 1 terminal.
Salvage Access Terminal: This item contains no salvage itself and does not count as a storage item but can have up to 8 Salvage Storage Bins attached to it.
Clicking on this item will pull open a UI showing all the salvage items in Salvage Storage Bins attached to this Terminal. Click and Drag will add/remove items from the terminal. Permissions can be set for the terminal as they are for current Storage Racks. Sort options for type, rarity and quantity would be available.
This item consumes 10 Control and 10 Power.
This item cannot be destroyed in a base raid.

Salvage Storage Bin: This item must be attached to a Salvage Storage Terminal to be used. It provides 30 salvage storage slots.
This item consumes 5 Power.
This item cannot be destroyed in a base raid.

Oh yip.

Lets see what this will likely not help:
Dark Armor. Sure you can be slightly less dark armor, but part of the effects fade your character under those now chartruese tendrils of armor.

Ice Armor. Because transluscent blue wasn't bad enough... lets see what shiny pink does!

Stone Armor. It doesnt matter the color of the poo, it will still look like you stepped in a big pile with Rooted on.


Im sure the ranged folk are loving this, but its just an extra helping of meh for me.

If my brother played, Id be griefing him to no end. =)
