City of Heroes Updater wont download patch

My CoH Updater wont download the patch and keeps crashing on me! Please help! This keeps popping up everytime I start it and it starts to load. Its becoming annoying and the last thing I want is to have to reinstall the game. This is what pops up

Check your processes for a rogue CoX process that still has it locked. If that doesnt work, reboot. That should clear all zombie processes and any file locks they have.
