  2. Better "skins", animations and sound effects for magical powers.

    Mmmm... wait !

    Real Magical Powers.

So far, only Soul Storm from GW's PPP and maybe Demon summoning looks magical.

    LFG does it work

LFG feature would be awesome in regular content.
In trials ? Not so sure...

It was hard to read the OP in french as well <.<

I've never crashed or lost connection or anything on an incarnate trial, and now that the EU servers live in the same place as the NA servers, my connection has a long ways to travel
No, it's not just him. Feel free to have a look at the "Technical Issues" section, it's full of people who are experiencing all kinds of lag, lost connections, random windows opening, memory leaks and somer other nasty stuff, during Incarnate Trials and more generally since Issue 20 went live.

And while I do not agree with the wording of the post you quoted, I understand his anger, because I have the same technical issues, on US and EU servers (I can't barely remember if I ever ran a crash-free iTrial). I sent a lot of report and feedbacks on boards (lots of them on the french boards though), and so far, none of these problems have been solved yet...
  6. Well... that's what I just read on the GR website, and I can't find this news anywhere else...

I thought it was scheduled for the end of the summer but it looks like it's already here, and I have a lot of unanswered questions about it... I for one, will never get Paragon Studios' PR...

    So... are you ready ?

  8. Hmmm sorry :

    Craft Common Components
    Craft Uncommon Components
    Craft Rare Components
    Craft Very Rare Components
Sure, your translation was almost correct :

    Convertir les Composants Communs
    Convertir les Composants Peu Communs
    Convertir les Composants Rares
    Convertir les Composants Très Rares

Even if I don't know what does TWW look like, I'd like to suggest radio buttons which would help users to achieve the same goal. These buttons could be in the "Items Remaining List" UI as follow :

Créer à partir / Craft from

[] des Fibres / Threads = for each recipe, convert every component into threads
[] des composés communs / commons = treats common as basic units, everything else is listed under its equivalent in threads.
[] des composés peu communs / uncommons = same as above with uncommons.
[] des composés rares / rares = same as above with rares.
[] des composés très rares / very rares = same as above with very rares.

I might not be very clear because of both my lack of vocabulary and my lack of understanding of TWW at the moment, I just thought my input could help
  10. I really think there should be a live server downtime tomorrow...

    Fix servers please... Merci

After each trial badge completion, we are rewarded with an uncommon salvage. Doesn't that just represent how worthier they are (compared to common salvages) ?

Simply because the "uncommon" table appears more frequently than the "common" table does not mean the way it does so is not random.
My problem lies more in labels than numbers, whether they are randomly generated or not.

Speaking of Invention System, whenever I finish a mission/TF/SF/whatever... I always end up with loads of white stuff (Salvages, recipes), lots of yellow stuff, few orange and if I'm very very lucky, I might have a purple (and, again, I'm fine with that).
That's the way Incarnate salvages should work, if not, categories should be renammed to match their "drop" rates. Because having more Yellow than White is just not WAI.

Again, Issue 20 is less than one week old, and I just think that this *could* be an issue.
This is based on my own experience of extensive raids grinds, and it seems that the same issue has been experienced by other players as well (ie uncommon >> common).
Since Devs gave away lots of threads/rewards during beta, drop rates might be eventually bugged without anyone having noticed it.

    Hence the "common"...

This is were "Random" seems to fail (imho).

Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with having a lot of common/uncommon tables, that's the way it should work.
My problem is having "uncommon" tables way more than "common" tables.

    That's not another "I've-been-playing-for-7-years-and-still-haven't-got-my-purple-so-far" thread.

The Wiki has nothing on BAF, and the information on Lambda is rather sparse at the moment. I'm sure that I could probably go to the global and help channels and eventually perhaps finally make heads or tails of the couple dozen or so different and possibly conflicting and even more confusing explanations that would be offered, but I would much rather get the info from a contact npc on what needs done to get started, where to go to get going, what to expect, etc.

It seems odd that i20 would be released with absolutely nothing in game to explain what is going on and how to get started on this stuff.
Prometheus in Ouroboros. You can't miss him. He's huge and blue...

    ...Dr. Manhattan anyone ?

I fully participated once I got back, but sitting out half or more of the trial limited my contributions, and I got the bad table as a result. The other tables might be random, but this one seems to be the "punishment table" for those who don't contribute, for whatever reason.
The key question is to define what a "contribution" is trial-wise.
I raided these trial heavily with my Emp Defender (150+ Astral Merits 6 Empyrean Merits which I don't want to convert entirely) but I never saw anything but common/uncommon tables.

I know RNG is random, that's why I'm not too worried about this issue at the moment (and common/uncommon are all I need so far).
But if (and that's a big, hypothetical "if") "Contribution" is based on Damages inflicted or something like that, support toons are pretty much screwed.

I had this table twice. A fellow player came up with this theory "the less you do, the less you earn" so I just leeched the whole BAF (ie 2 recovery + 2 regen auras, a couple of fortitudes, no damages dealt, and I probably cast a Barrier).

Of course, getting kicked from BAF twice b/c of these damn crashes helped me a lot to achieve my goal !
  16. I've been playing my empath defender the last 2 days and I just noticed that he uses the old animation for [Clear Mind] (ie the one with a huge cast time).

Anyone else noticed this ? Is it a bug or did I miss it on previous patch notes ?

    Edit : I bugged it.
  17. I have exactly the same issue : huge loading times since Issue 20 came out. I have 4Go RAM and W7 64b though.

It's extremely annoying, especially these days, where "speed runs" are standards for pretty much everything in this game.

[Conspiracy Theorist] That's probably why Devs added this looOOOooong cutscene at the beginning of the BAF Trial, it gives me time to catch up <.< [/Conspiracy Theorist]

  23. I had exactly the same bug during beta. I was kicked from LS Trial (while I was in hospital) and it said I quitted the trial, which I didn't.
