  1. ive not gotten that one but chrome does keep on telling me that the connection was closed without the server responding type of thing

had to reload the page like 6 times to get to the login

edit: right as i submitted this post it did it again
    No data received
Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

is what it gives me when page fails to load
  2. with tips the cooldown is how long you have tips filling up one of those circles (20 hours once you finish the tip)

as for the token i have no idea, i dont think there should since its a pay for item (way too expensive for my tastes), but it could be an oversight or something they forgot to tell us

it does sound like it was fixed, when i used it, it was right around when the additional powers were added to the epic pools

    Premium IO's?

premium accounts can use IOs for free if they are tier 7 reward level or higher

if they are less they have to get the lisence which is only $2 a month
  5. im assuming springfield, virginia, since theres also a springfield, PA, but i know most of you guys are in the VA area

i might be able to do that, if its on a weekend i might not be able to do the 1:30 since thats avg time i get out of work, but i could be there by around 3, looking at directions on google maps it would take me approx 1 hour drive time
  6. the only thing i want is the VIP/destined one badge, but theres no way in heck that im paying $100 for a copy of it on amazon, i may be a badger, but im not stupid enough to waste my money like that

i would gladly pay paragon points for it even if it cost like $15+ in points

i believe the proc will only activate if it hits a target, and in aoe powers it will only proc once per activation not per target hit

I'd have to go home and take another look to be sure, but...
maybe its been fixed, but i know when i did use it, if i was in the middle of a mob and used it, the entire mob would turn and attack me and i noticed my "hidden" getting dropped when the power finishes activating

i eventually stopped using it cause it was annoying that i couldnt use it BEFORE aggroing a mob. i would hit the power and rush in and everything would aggro on me.

as i said, i do not know if it was bugged at the time and has since been fixed since i last tried using it
  9. well, i am extremely doubtful it will ever get musculature to enhance it because it does not take dmg enhances, thats how alpha was designed to affect powers which took said enhances

i do not believe the servant not using the rech intensive pet sets is a bug, but i do not know the official reasoning behind it

it doesnt really have attacks though lol, unless you count its extremely weak and pathetic tenebrous tentacles an attack or the DoT on its aura

the base dmg of the tenebrous tentacles is only like 24 dmg, even with enhancement that will not do much, the DoT aura only does like ticks of 7 dmg

even if i could enhance the dmg of those i really wouldnt want to, the dark servant is more meant for debuff and is excellent at doing just that, especially with -tohit
  11. i think that is because the dark servant does not accept dmg enhancements as to why musculature is not applying to it

i am not sure about stuff like rech intensive pet sets though

i dont think i did too much with it, after looking at my build i think i only have like 9.8% def to psi (its sort of covered by the melee/ranged/aoe defense types which are in the 22-25% def range

the psi is the only weakness since most of his other defenses will be in the 41-53% range without energy drain, i figure if i really need to avoid it ill just pop a few lucks to cover me while i handle it cause *most* of the enemies in the game dont touch on psi too much except within a few enemy groups
  13. i have an elec energy stalker at 50 and heres my take on it

    1. disrupt is a good power, but the graphics for the power are just abyssmal, do not use if you are prone to seizures

    2. yes overload does prove very useful when i need to use it, most of the time i dont need it all too often

    3. oh i can almost guarentee you will need energy drain. aside from it doing +def to help against def debuffs and end recovery, it also does hefty amounts of -end on the baddies. my elec/energy stalker can easily drain an entire mob dry of end with the -end from elec attacks + the massive -end of energy drain. i can also tell you from experience without energy drain i would have massive end issues even if i had energize up all the time
  14. i do not believe so, just some of their looks got updated

powers-wise none of them got updated outside of incarnate trials

i personally just dont bother running with EBs anymore cause EBs in general just feel too weak, rather have AVs for some remote challenge lol
  15. if any of you guys want to add me as friend in game just send me a global tell first so i can make room on friends list (its been full for near 3 years i just make room as needed)

my global is @Necrotech Master for in game contact

i think its more of the pay to save time thing

instead of taking 4 days to rerun tip mishs you prolly done 100 times you can instantly change alignment regardless of which side your currently on

edit: the only thing i notice is that the alignment token works regardless if you have the GR alignment system, although it does seem kinda pricey at 800 pts
  17. from what i know all of the DoTs should do approx the same amount of dmg, reactive will always do slightly more because it is paired with -resist

as Mr Morbid states, it usually is better to pick something that isnt the same as your main dmg, like for example if you picked cognitive interface the psi dmg will be able to bypass most defenses such as enemies unstoppable

this is one of the reasons i hate the power, its a very long activation as well as dropping hidden status

  20. which server are you on? depending on server i could help, i play primarily redside but only on victory

you are right, since drops in this game are calculated individually in this game

/this, i use one whenever im about to do a farm run with my stone brute or if a friend is PLing me

that said im still a little unimpressed with the payout on it (iirc if i recall the buff to drops was only like 10% or 25%)

That, and both of them aren't stellar powers to begin with.

i know, but most of the time i dont have extra slots to spare, most mule powers that i pick have <2 slots mostly to hold stuff like LOTGs or the steadfast +def, ect, i hate dedicating so many slots to a mule power

on the one toon i have fighting pool on (ss/wp brute) i actually use boxing as part of the attack chain which is why i actually got the fighting pool lol

on ranged toons its wasted, and on melee toons i have much better powers to pick usually

personally ive never liked any of the pool attacks, they are just crazy weak and inefficient that i dislike them enough to avoid them greatly

if im making a build for someone though i almost always throw it in though cause i know they either like it or want to have it
