whirling hands is a little underpowered, and might be skippable depending on which patron you want to go with, cause soul mastery has dark obliteration which is a target AoE so you dont have to be in melee range for it and it provides -tohit debuffs on what it hits.
my suggestion is to look at the numbers and see what does more dmg, and if your looking for multi target dmg, then get both. -
i dont think so, but if you dont want to look at the icons all the time you can hit the little arrow next to the names in the team window and just hide them and just toggle that when you want to check on buffs.

yeah, but its mostly for people who cant play together all the time that want their toons to stay together strength-wise. and RPers would have something to say about it too.

i would like some feedback on this little story i have been working on.
the basic plot is nemesis is plotting again andyou have to stop him, through difficult challenges.
length: very long
morality: neutral
keywords: challenging, ideal for teams, solo friendly
description: Nemesis is back up to his old tricks, but he has gone to all new lengthsthis time. he has advanced his machine-making skills faster than imagined. he has used his knowledge of Rikti, Council, ad Malta to copy the designsof their robots for his use.
notes: does contain some enemy AVs, suggested difficulty is the lowest (+0 x1 noAV)
any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated -

most of my toons, i usually played them, but certain toons really felt awesome
my most awesome toons are my main (Necrotech Master lvl 50 ninja/dark mm) and my alt toon (Necrostone lvl 50 dark/stone brute)
my main always feels like a real villain, he has 320 hp more than a normal mm at lvl 50 and can run mishs with no pets on lower difficulties
my stone brute always cranks the diff up a lot because when im playing him i feel trully unstoppable. -

as of right now, nobody really knows what they will do about it. as far as i know this hasnt been commented on by a redname yet.
honestly, they should allow a pact of up to 8 people because thats the team size, but when your group is offline, you would get horribly low xp because it would divide all the xp by 8. -
i dont believe thats how the sounds works, i know the sound is louder if your closer to the enemies being hit, and the more enemies hit make a louder sound. the sound and visuals are definitly noticeable on larger mobs

ive seen people in the global chat channels trying to form this sf that dont have a base, but i understand where your coming from on this one.
it is kind of annoying to get people and organize what sg base your going too, but if they didnt have that then there would almost be no point to having an sg mish computer, unless the cathedral of pain trial was returned at some point -
world of pain is pbaoe +resist +tohit, its one of those you have to keep activating like RAs on empath, is a very nice power.
for power pools, tp is always a good one for healing sets, especially the tp friend, which can tp dead poeple or get a pet unstuck
stealth isnt bad either because then you attract even less aggro, good for on teams and such, solo not as much
for travel i would go fly because you can get around easier and hover is a good pre-requisite cause you can put a -kb IO in it
for patron pools, i would go either mu mastery or soul mastery because they have good armors and fast activating attacks (i would only suggest getting the cone attack) -
then keep it up, your doing a good job then
in earlier lvl the pets are a little overpowered to compensate for you not having a lot of debuffs.
once you have world of pain it will help a lot too, as well as the 2 training powers -
yeah, but better they take the hits than you lol
the only real thing you can do is keep them alive, and a thug/pain shouldnt have big issue with that, especially if you stack leaderships. -

leaderships DO affect pets
rez powers DONT affect pets
pets can get buffs/debuffs but cannot be rezzed, the only thing that semi rezzes a pet is the necromancy power that summons a spirit type pet -
they already have pirate themed costume pieces, along with a pistol weaon customization thats a flintlock pistol
they dont have much else dedicated to pirates except the ghost pirates -
the medicine pool is not very good for in-comba situations, but situations stated above, it would definitly be helpful

i would have to agree,this is an awesome game. it is one of the only MMOs i enjoy. other MMOs are way too much grinding or are all open world, or have no means of travel other than simply walking there.
i could have played WoW, but i had seen it many other times before i started on this game and i really did not like how it was set up.
i have tried other MMOs, but every one of them all involve too much grinding. one MMO i tried has no quest content after lvl 40 (lvl cap in that game is 85 i think) and at lvl 59 in the game, 1 mil xp is like .02% of a lvl.
this game has everything i like and more
-tons of content
-very little open world quests (i prefer instanced maps)
-no need to grind through street hunting (always have the trusty newspaper or police scanner)
-plenty of replayability
-can have both heros and villains on same server (i know there are MMOs out there that will only let you play one side or other on a server)
-enhancement system (i like how you dont have limted slots like armor and it doesnt effect how your toon looks AND how it doesnt have a durability to worry about, except outleveling it of course)
-very nice and easy to use character creator (most MMOs i know are insanely limited on this)
and im sure there are other things, but i cant think of them off the top of my head.
this is my first, and prolly only MMO that i will play as long as its out there and running -

the nictus AVs around him sacrifice themselves to rez him
killing the nictus AVs are actually harder (in the case of the healing nictus) and they award no xp, so killing rommy 4 times is the best way to go.
edit: the nictus AVs have to have LoS of rommy in order for him to rez, otherwise he wont rez -
with the very few PVP ios ive gotten, they have been at the lvl of the toon i was playing

it unlocks a gladiator you can use i a gladiator match, which is a type of arena match.
a gladiator match is you VS other poeple in a team or free-for-all using gladiators, which are existng dev made enemies that you get control over like a mastemind has on their pets, you are untouchable and the match is over when the other person(s) gladiator teams are defeated.
i think these are quite fun and entertaining to do every now and then, but you cant get any drops from it like normal pvp, you can get credit for healing if you have the elusive longbow warden 2 gladiator (emp warden). -
yeah, spawn amounts are not constant, but can be averaged based on the spawn size, a x8 spawn will yield between 0 and 2 bosses (on average, hard settings in AE mishs can have up to 4 bosses on x8 spawns)

not entirely sure what your asking for, are you asking for the ratios per mob for different spawn sizes, like how many boss/minion/lt spawn at x1, x2,x3,ect?
if you could clarify what your asking it might help finding an answer -

But yes Escaped (I presume it was that one anyway) got me about half way there when I first did it. - there are a couple of mishes with 20-30 of them in on the arc and some in the other mishes. -

Manouvers, because with lots of leadership comes lots of bonuses
and
Voltaic Sentinel because I can let sparky shoot things while I deal with other issues.
Any thoughts?
with hasten, you would get all your powers faster, like your kin powers of FS, transferance and whatnot to give the team a huge advantage
maneuvers is ok, but it can be slotted with some good things like LOTG
IMO, i would go with either hasten or maneuvers, i personally would go with hasten, but either should work fine
