they already have pirate themed costume pieces, along with a pistol weaon customization thats a flintlock pistol
they dont have much else dedicated to pirates except the ghost pirates
But do they have Pirate Swagger?
I know they have Pirate Costume Pieces... but they don't have the ones I listed.
This is a Booster Pack Suggestion not just for adding costume pieces.
There's already a flintlock pistol (which is generally what pirates are depicted using) and a rapier, though rapiers don't really scream pirate to me. I think maybe you were thinking of a cutlass?

So Sitting here talking to my kids today. I was thinking about the new Ninja Booster in the Martial Arts Booster Pack. We got to talking about the Ninja Vs. Pirates craze from a few years ago and discovered that City of Heroes is Ninja biased.
Me and my girls believe that you should in turn add a Pirates Booster that incorporates:
