as long as your fighting lvl 47+ enemies you have a chance to get a purple
  3. i have a lvl 36 PB and i hate all the KB most of the powers come with

WS on the other hand have very few KB powers (the only one that comes to mind is the cone power)
  4. him not shutting up isnt the issue, the issue is that you can still hear him when you go up the elevators to the real portion of the mish

im pretty sure that was just for event salvage (like the hamidon halloween costume), cause i remember back in the day when base salvage was actually needed, i could only hold up to 20 of a certain base salvage

set IOs sell for MUCH lower prices to vendors than the market which poeple will still sell stuff on the market because vendors dont give you anything for the set IOs (rare stuff is like 5k and purples are 10k inf at vendors while generic IOs sell for 75k-150k a pop to vendors but sell for half that on the market)
  7. i would support the idea of at least showing how much inf a toon has on them at login screen so you can easily tell which of your toons HAS money without logging in to find out that toon was broke then logging out and back in to another toon, which in IMO is a waste of time, when you have 30+ toons (and i know people who have 100s of toons), you cant keep track of how much inf you have per toon very easily unless you use CIT to track all of your toons or write it down or something, it would seem easy for them to at least put how much inf the toon has on the character selection screen to make it easier to keep track of
  8. if you dont have taunt, i wouldnt bother slotting it then, you can put much more useful procs into your powers
  9. i usually just slot it in taunt so taunt has a chance to do some dmg
  10. i13 pretty much killed pvp for most poeple, im not much into pvp, but i know that the pvp population did drop after i13

i never have a problem getting invites when im on a mm, and i have no problems inviting mm's to teams

i do understand about the mob scattering part (bots are the worse, the others arent as bad), but i dont understand why people think they are a weak AT

there are a few people in my sg coalition that dislike mm, but im not entirely sure why, i know some poeple just dont like the pets getting in the way and stuff (and i completely understand their point on that in cave mishs, especially with more than 1 mm on the team)

I thought they changed it so pets don't block players anymore. Can't you just walk right through them?
for this, they only changed mm pets to not block the mastermind that summoned them, they still get in everyone elses way though lol

I've seen bold text in game, how difficult would it be to add a BOLD to an uncompleted item for an accolade. For example, on red side, the exploration badges needed for the mayhem accolade. My lvl 50 rad/rad corr doesn't have it, and I've picked up almost every exploration badge in the game, after scrolling through the list numerous times I realized I was missing Global Threat. If the description for Invader read "Aquire the following badges Global Threat, King Maker..., Gate Crasher[/b] that would be really handy. At least with Invader, I can figure out what I need to do.

OTOH, my 50 scrapper doesn't have Dimensional Warder, and as the badge stands, I have no idea who I missed, and no real way to tell. I've run both arcs, but apparently missed defeating someone, but I remember fighting them all. Being able to see who I missed would help my already fragile sanity.
this idea would definitly help (so you dont have to manually go through and check all the badges and then write up lists of what you needed)

as for your other issue, an easy way to make sure you got them all is to run maria jenkins arc (her arc contains all of the AVs necessary for the badge, as well as about 2-4 others that arent necesary), running solo it shouldnt be too difficult if you can handle EBs, but running small team, less than 5 people, it should only take about 1-2 hours to run the entire arc if you just skip through to the AVs, maybe even faster
  13. its a good idea, but it might be very hard to implement for pvp, but i could see it as a real possibility for NPC enemies (for example your group regularly fights nemesis, so you make nemesis your rival enemy group, ect)
  14. IMHO, i would get both upgrades and just use them before you even start fighting because both upgrades gives the pets better powers, not using one, or both of the pet upgrades seriously gimps your pets

i dont think there was a limit on how much base salvage you could hold (i think it was just a limit on each item in the base salvage, like you could hold unlimited total items, but no more than 20 copies of a single salvage)

i wasnt just complaining about the costs, 90% of the time the reason the costs on the market are high because theres few or no IOs in that set for sale (I.E. kinetic combat is a non-purple recipe thats going for 50+ mil because theres almost none on the market)

i wouldnt really care about paying the higher price to a vender if i was guarenteed to get one, even when i had enough to buy an apocalypse or hecatomb recipe, half the time the ones i need arent even on the market atm, so i usually spend the money on other recipies that i can use and actually are being sold on the market

if they did put all IOs at a fixed price at a vender and had a market, market prices would go down because people would be able to actually get IOs that they were looking for, even if at a slightly higher price, and the poeple who really want the IOs without waiting for a drop or an item to be put on the market could spend the extra inf on the fixed price vendor.

    swap ammo

if they didnt get automatically put into your power bar, they should be listed in the powers list to just drag onto the bar (i dont think they automatically add to the power bar so you would have to drag it on to the bar yourself)
  18. i dont use any enhances until 22 for SOs, then i stick with SOs until 50, 50 is when i start putting my toons builds together (i have at least 6 project toons right now, only finished 2 toons so far lol)
  19. Necrotech_Master

    swap ammo

swap ammo itself is just an auto power, but it opens up 3 other toggle powers that you just toggle on to change ammo, each toggle has 0 end cost and 4 sec rech

this is exactly how i see things, i dont really care what build the other person has, as long as they know how to use it

i usually build all my toons to be self reliant against large enemy spawns you would see in a tf, so buffs are extra but they do help, but i wouldnt kick someone for not having a buff that would help me a tiny bit more

one of my toons (actually my main toon) has a very unusual build for a mm, hes a ninja/dark but only has 4 dark powers (heal, shadow fall, howl twilight, and servant), because i build him up to be mroe of a dmg dealer, so he has 2 attacks in primary, and 3 powers from patron which allow him to run petless if necessary, but the pets are mostly used as meat shields since hes still a little squishy. another example of my odd builds for toons is ive never taken the fighting pool on any of my toons, brutes, tanks, whatever, i never use the fighting pool.

IMHO, as long as you know what your doing and how to use the toon, you can use whatever build you want be it odd or be it super efficient

as long as you keep the -recov up it does help a little bit, but thats all focusing on single target not multiple targets

as for AVs/GMs they usually have 800 end base value then they have usually very high resistance to end drains too (i think 85% resist to end drains base value)

i dont recall the recovery rate off the top my head, but their very high resist to end drain and end recovery makes it very hard to take out their end solo

i was assuming that, but theres a lot of IOs out there that cost just as much as purples (LOTGs, miracles, and numi come to mind)

its understandable to spend a fortune on purples, but to spend a fortune on a lot of normal IOs makes it take 4x as longer to slot builds

end drains are ok, but they are not very effective against NPCs

even if you drain most enemies they will still be able to attack you even with just that tiny sliver of end and stronger targets like AVs and GMs will regenerate end too fast for you to drain on your own as well
  24. it would also be a way for poeple to purchase purples and other extremely hard to get recipies instead of spending a fortune on the market or weeks or even months farming to get the same recipe
  25. mm dont work the same as a troller, without their pets, mms are fairly useless (unless you manage to work your build to be a petless mm), but most poeple consider petless mm extremely useless because they will have very low DPS and just buff/debuff.

as for the OP, i think it will be about average, mm on heroside will definitly make things easier in some ways (pets for extra dmg soaking/dealing and buff/debuff)
