swap ammo itself is just an auto power, but it opens up 3 other toggle powers that you just toggle on to change ammo, each toggle has 0 end cost and 4 sec rech
but i do not see the toggles
if they didnt get automatically put into your power bar, they should be listed in the powers list to just drag onto the bar (i dont think they automatically add to the power bar so you would have to drag it on to the bar yourself)
The "Swap Ammo" power functions somewhat like the Kheldian "Forms." The main difference being that Swap Ammo itself doesn't actually do anything.
It's a passive power that gives you 3 active toggle powers: Cryo Ammunition, Incendiary Ammunition, and Chemical Ammunition. You have to use those three powers to change your ammo type.
