  1. i think both suggestions are fairly good, but might need some tweaks

    the first thing, there are a couple enemy groups in standard mishs that give a slight bonus to xp (their xp modifier is slightly higher than 1.00, but the bonus is maybe 1.05 or 1.1 for most things that have a bonus, with of course 1-2 of exceptions but for good reasons), so this wont be perfect in all situations, but if your assuming a standard, then i could see it working

    for the 2nd idea, it definitly makes sense, but i dont think you should have to require 5 mish story arcs to get full xp, at least 3 mishs to get full xp. but 1 mish arcs should give a reduction in xp, at least something because if you require more than 1 mish to get full xp, a player is smart enough to make the the first mish the farm and then make some BS mishs to follow it so that it will give full xp to the first mish. this is the only issue with requiring people to have a certain number of mishs because most farmers would just add in "filler" mishs to still give their arc full xp

    other than that, i think your suggestions are more valid than just "removing all xp" or the current system

  4. i agree with Pumbumbler

    Mo runs can be sped or taken slowly (i got MoITF badge in like 1 hour and MoBSF in 4.5 hours)

    when i did the MoBSF, i PuG'd it getting a team of 5 together, and the only melee toon we had was a dark/dark brute who never ran the sf before, the only thing i made sure we had before we started was a debuffer of some sorts since we only had 5 poeple, i think leading a master run is a little stressful trying to build strategy and stuff, but just running a Mo run isnt too stressful as long as you are a little more careful than normal and stick to the plan the leader decides to go with

    to the OP, sets you want to avoid, extreme regen and extreme willpower are both incredibly overpowered on AVs

    this is what i thought, i hadnt heard of anything about MoLGTF other than speculation that there was going to be a master of it at some point, but nobody actually tested it until they saw posi's badge list at the M&G on test server.

    you would think they would have included something like this in patch notes
  10. IOs will not work if your more than 3 lvls below the IO lvl (with exception of purples)

    if you have lvl 50 IOs, then they will stop working if your below lvl 47

    purple IOs will always work regardless of your lvl
  11. i wouldnt mind the LGTF master badge as much, but im not bothering to try yet until we know for sure that the greens are fixed and WAI
  12. as far as i know, oil slick will always ignite if hit by a fire or energy type power, when i used to have a thug/TA mm, the oil slick never failed to ignite as long as i made my arsonist hit it

    this, absolutely do not get rid of wormhole

    dimension shift is a useless power and should be replaced by something (anything is better than it currently lol, intangibility is one of the most useless types of mez)
  14. i decided to run barracuda sf to see if reichsman was having issues still or if the infamous mm temp bug had returned, but everything was working fine.

    just did a run at +1 difficulty and finished in 2 hours 33 min

    so i can confirm that the sf DOES work and shouldnt have any issues
  15. i dont think killing hami through greens is enough to finish that mish on LGTF, i think i remember poeple reporting they went through and killed hami but the green mitos didnt die and mish didnt complete (this was before the apparent "fix")
  16. IMHO i think 50 mag protect is way too much for task force like everyone is saying, but i understand the point of the mitos and they should possibly get a reduction in that to make it like 10-20 (which is fairly achievable by majority of teams)

  20. im a huge badge person, i do badges before i do anything else usually

    i do like playing with stuff in the MA but im a horrible storywriter and i cant get purple drops from 99.9% of the AE content (no i am NOT running dev choice stuff just to get purples because i dislike 2/3 of the dev choice stuff).

    pvp i generally avoid because there are no incentives to doing it other than a win-the-lottery PVP IO, if im in the zone ill fight back but 80% of the time i lose because of how gimped pvp is now (pre i13 pvp i have to admit was more fun, and im NOT a pvper so what does that say about current pvp?)

    Okay, so what happens to the influence and costume tokens I spent on 37 characters to fix their nerfed customizations? Will there be a reimbursement of the tokens and influence? Or, and this is how I read it, if you haven't logged on to Issue 17 yet, you're golden. Nothing will happen from this day forward.
    im fairly sure that if you havent changed to the costume or logged on to the character yet, that they should not have any problems hereafter, however if you have logged on to a toon you may have to fix a costume or 2 since it would have defaulted to original and thats just power customization (which is relatively cheap from remaking your entire costume)

  23. i think the hardest fight ive seen so far is when i ran it with a demon/traps mm, 8x ember demons with stacking shields and the clones were killing tohit with smoke grenades, i was blinded about 3/4 of the time

    when i ran it with my fortunata suprisingly they didnt use mind link at all which made it much easier since they didnt seem to be running any toggles either
