  1. im concerned about the nuke removal as well because technically, in hami raids, theres 50 poeple and if everyone brings nukes thats 50x chem nukes, ect which is double the overkill that the CoP is with only 24 poeple and with the high fail rate and low rewards , i can see the CoP being run even less now till they tie incarnate stuff to it
  2. when you do get him as a contact be careful you dont fail any of his timed mishs, because if you miss one then you cant get the badge as yuo only have 1 chance to get the badge since you cant flashback it and only the mish holder can get it
  3. i havent seen any RMT spam on victory and i havent gotten spam email in a long time because i have it set to only friend/sg
  4. would definitly be the work of the caltrops, the acid morter does not have a fear component like caltrops does, the caltrops are fairly well known as mob scatterers even moreso than someone who spams rain of fire lol

    Buff Force Field

the only reason i would want it to have a mag 100 kb is so i COULD see a lvl 1 baddy get flung like a train just hit him lol

    Buff Force Field

i agree that force bolt needs to have a dmg boost

i agree that the force bomb could use a faster animation, however i do like its current animation somewhat

force bubble whoever does not need any changes, i would rather see repulsion field changed than force bubble changed

while i dont agree with all your changes, i do agree that FF does need some more oomph to it because right now, its a horridly boring set to play especially on a mm, and ive actually contemplated deleting my mm with FF because its so horribly boring to play that i can barely stand it, and if cold dom was made for mm, then i would scrap the FF toon in a heart beat

    So... rularuu

i pretty much play redside exclusively as well, and they do appear very very sparsely thoughout redside only in mishs so they are easy to miss

however tactics to deal with them are basically high resistance, since the eyeballs essentially ignore defense and hard mezzes like holds because some of them are immune to stuff like sleep and fear

they are one of the toughest "legacy" enemy groups (legacy group to me is what existed pre CoV) since they have been around since i2 i think

edit: to be specific one of the arcs that has rularuu in them is from technician naylor, the other couple mishs with them is from efficiency expert pither, and i think one of the mishs from scirocco's patron arc

that mish never takes me more than 30 min usually, the mole machines are only EBs on lower diff settings and take me maybe 5 min to kill each

the only part that annoys me is the no xp part, but i understand why they have to be that way
  9. this is definitely not a new feature

this has been around since the merits were introduced, ALL items are deletable, but not ALL items are tradeable

edit: this has been WAI as long as i can remember, and the easiest way i know to avoid deleting things you dont want to delete is change to the proper tab instead of deleting from the "All" tab, when i need to delete anything the only place i go to is the "invention salvage" tab and i never have any issues with deleting something i dont want to (except maybe rare salvage)
  10. the most annoying types of things for me are:
    • kill alls on outdoor maps
    • simultaneous click glowy mishs
    • ANY lead hostage out mish

    AV Scrapper

specific stats dont apply too much

the basic rules to solo an AV as a scrapper is:
    1. high enough DPS to actually hurt the AV and
    2. the ability to survive the AVs incoming attacks

    Cold vs FF

i have both an FF and a cold, and i would choose cold over any FF because of the debuffs, FF in no way will help you kill that AV because it has no regen debuffs, sure nobody will get hurt, but you wont ever kill an AV without regen debuffs if your team doesnt have the DPS

the only thing i like about ff is the mez protection, other than that i would rather have a cold

  15. hmm, well it might be intended, i know that the crucible/fort trident only lock you out if your NOT a solid vill/hero, but since poeple who do not own GR cant change morality anyway, they would be able to enter there since it only restricts based on alignment
  16. /signed 100%

my global friends list is full and i really would like to clear out poeple who havent been online in like years lol

    Base TFs

to my knowledge it should still be possible to start the silver mantis sf from inside sg base, but its much easier to just start it in sharkhead lol

the most powerful standard boss in my opinion would prolly be the war walker

    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Imperial...rce#War_Walker

S70 L70 F50 C50 E70 N50 P20 T20 --is the base resists of the war walker and along with that it has a lot of strong AoE and -regen powers

for a good #2 i would go with master illusionists

most longbow that are non-wardens have 20% smash/lethal res

on the wardens it varies greatly due to the many types of wardens

crey tanks have a good bit of resistance, but i dont know the numbers off hand (i would guess though that its between 20-30%)

as for my toon its a demon/traps lol

for him running out of end, its sort of annoying, but that toon is my 6th mm and im very used to my pets running out of end (honestly i could care less since i usually treat my pets as meat shields anyway lol)

when i finally get around to slotting them though im gonna have the demons slotted with 4 soulbound allegience and steadfast res/def unique

this is one reason my parents really tick me off, they think i can just push pause or just leave "because its just a game" but they dont get the fact that im actually playing with other people

as for my GF, she plays coh too (a LOT less than i do, but she still plays it and understands when im in the middle of something)

the toon i play is a ninja/dark as well, and i NEVER had need of the goto command, i just tell them to attack my target and they kill it, never had any problems with them, and like mentioned the oni is basically a fire/fire blaster with a hold, immob and some good AoE dmg that balances out the very single target nature of the rest of the ninjas
  23. i do not agree

while the oni is a little weaker than the jounin, he has a lot more control powers

i have been playing a ninja mm for close to 4.5 years now and ive always liked how it works, the immob the oni has means that it will do -fly to the flying targets and also has more AoE dmg than any of the ninjas with rain of fire and fire breath

another point, by your standards that means the lich in the necromancy set would also need to be boosted cause honestly i feel the lich is even weaker than the oni, but has a few more control type powers
  24. i think this old bug is showing itself again, it was fixed at some point but it seems its been broken again
