Have to do it from the contact. You should be able to pick him up after doing a mayhem mission, and selecting a contact from Wiggy the Brit

when you do get him as a contact be careful you dont fail any of his timed mishs, because if you miss one then you cant get the badge as yuo only have 1 chance to get the badge since you cant flashback it and only the mish holder can get it
I successfully obtained that badge on my badgehunter by going from Hero to Villain, doing some newspaper missions, doing the bank job and then selecting Efficiency Expert Pither as the contact.
It is certainly do-able. Just don't fail any of the timed missions.

And don't let it worry you -- the timed missions in question really aren't that difficult, and most ATs/builds should have plenty of time to complete them.

How do I get this badge? I have attempted the Ouroboros and yet there is only one strike force under the contact (Efficiency Expert Pihter)that gives this badge as a standard contact. I have also attempted to obtain this Efficiency Expert Pither as a standard contact with no success. BTW I have gone Rogue from Hero to Villian, if that makes any difference. Please help.
