Wow! Hecatomb 400 mil! Excuse me for being so surprised but I haven't played the market in a while (probably about to issues ago). WTH? What happened? I remember 40 mil for a Hecatomb. Basic economics dictates that demand is up, but why? Are a lot of people purchasing influence (personally that "chaps my hide")? Are the purple recipes being "randomly" awarded more often (then they should cost less)? Is it because of the new issue Incarnates? I'm playing the market as it dictates (never thought I would ever break 1 billion influence) but are we gonna have to knock off some zeroes eventually?

Is this inflation a sign of bad things to come? Will people cancel their subscriptions because they can't afford the time or influence to optimize their characters? Am i missing something about acquiring these purple recipes?

How do I get this badge? I have attempted the Ouroboros and yet there is only one strike force under the contact (Efficiency Expert Pihter)that gives this badge as a standard contact. I have also attempted to obtain this Efficiency Expert Pither as a standard contact with no success. BTW I have gone Rogue from Hero to Villian, if that makes any difference. Please help.

Hello everyone, I hope someone can give me some insight to my problem. Approximately 2 weeks ago my internal hard drive crashed. It was replacement and I downloaded the COH installer from my account through NCSoft. Prior to the crash I had purchased, downloaded, and ran the MAC version of COH without any problems.

This is where I'm confused. The installer runs fine but when I click on the COH icon in the applications folder, it does not open the updater. The pulldown menu, for approximately 1/2 a second shows an attempted boot but it does nothing. I have checked the authentification and privileges and they are all fine. The console does not show any errors. And the game does not run with either a bluetooth mouse or cord mouse. Please help. Thanks for your in advance.

When the updater is running it states: "Fixing file: pigg/geom pigg".

Once it gets to around 29 MB of a 32 MB file, it freezes. If I hit quit, the whole computer freezes. I can't even get into the pull down menus to force quit. The last attempted upgrade caused a very high pitched noise around the left lower corner of the computer where the hard drive is located, very disturbing. So what is going on and are there any tips?
