Reward and Vanguard merits are deletable?

Reward and Vanguard merits appear to be deletable. Folks seem to believe that this is a new feature/bug.

Comments/Thoughts/Bueller?

this is definitely not a new feature

this has been around since the merits were introduced, ALL items are deletable, but not ALL items are tradeable

edit: this has been WAI as long as i can remember, and the easiest way i know to avoid deleting things you dont want to delete is change to the proper tab instead of deleting from the "All" tab, when i need to delete anything the only place i go to is the "invention salvage" tab and i never have any issues with deleting something i dont want to (except maybe rare salvage)
