    my college used to have comcast too before they removed cartoon network and im in MD lol, the college i go to switched to directv last year which has actually more channel selection than they did on comcast lol

    i agree with this, just tie the rikti unlockables to the LGTF since that tfs primary focus is rikti (like the shadow shard tfs primary focus is rularuu for the most part)
  3. the most recent patch should have fixed nightstar in the new arc, however you still have to flashback for seige (and antimatter as well if you dont know somoene with the mish since antimatter is only found in tina macintyre arc)

    Domination isn't up all the time, so IW has a role there: It protects you when you can't use Dom.

    To me, saying IW is useless is akin to saying /Regens who have hit the HP Cap don't need Dull Pain since they have Reconstruction.
    most of my doms dont rely on domination for much more than mez protection until its perma, when it is perma then i focus more on dmg since i have controls taken care of

    but since this game is about player choice, if you want to get IW on a dom, feel free, but im never gonna personally take psi mastery on a dom when i have the choice of ice mastery or fire mastery which has good debuffs amd dmging powers (fire mastery especially if i have fire assault for the synergy with embrace of fire)
  5. completely agree with this, in all the events with login badges ive never really tried to get the badges on anything other than my bade toon cause i dont want to log 36 toons in and out to get the log in badges

    yeah i know, but to me domination does the same thing, but does it better, which makes IW basically worthless to any dom i make

    i know it has some psi defense, but how many enemies actually use psi dmg aside from seers and carnies?

    edit: im not trying to argue for or against anything, im just voicing my opinion that this power seems to be kind of useless for doms
  7. while i agree its good to help cover the gap from non-perma domination, once you get perma dom this power is moot anyway since domination gives better bonuses than just mez protect and costs 0 end to activate

    even 3 rech slotted into IW, domination prolly has less downtime and can still be used while mezzed, which IW cannot be used while your mezzed
  9. on the topic of dominator psi mastery, what exactly is the point of having indomitable will (the mez protect click) when domination itself gives mez protection which protects against most things?
  10. the version of statesman you get in the maria jenkins arc is just a boss version of the normal statesman, the boss versions have all the same powers as the AV counterparts, just with boss rank stats (hp, end, end recov, regen, ect ect)

    the aura it has does do DoT as well, but even less dmg than tenebrous tentacles
  14. i never even heard about it till i went to a friends house and he showed it to me, he let me make a toon and i played it for like 4 hours and got to lvl 11 and it was exciting so i got that for my 17th b-day (im 21 now lol)
  15. the pet IO sets which have the special auras give you a special power which affects all of your pets, so even if you were using them the power would still have an affect

    the only pet IO set which doesnt work like this is the purp set
  16. i think this bug has been around since about i17

    its not all that bad, it doesnt have 100% of the time for me and it insta retrains any resummoned pets for almost no end cost

    im fairly good with the set bonus stuff as i usually build my toons in MIDS ages before i actually am able to fully slot them so i can keep track of the 10+ toons that im actually working on right now lol

    and yes, as i looked at the pic of your build it made the min/maxer in me cringe a little since i only frankenslot with SOs lol
  19. i run all my toons with SOs until 50, then i start building them with IOs which usually takes me quite a long amount of time (i only have 1 toon which is actually fully slotted, then my next closest to fully slotted is still missing like a dozen purple recipes)

    i could, but thats still more work than im willing to put out lol, i rather just respec and remove the powers that i lost in the respec instead of it throwing every power i have into my bar

    if they get around to tweaking the respec system then i may go through and respec more toons
  22. instead of making it a control set, i would focus it a bit more on debuffs and then make it a feasible secondary for for corrs or primary for defenders to synergize with AR as it currently stands

    basically what im saying is i would rather see a remake of TA but using an AR as the weapon instead of a bow so theres less redraw issues with AR
  23. my dark/stone brute will prolly stay unchanged as i am content with his current build (if i did change him i would pick up a few LOTG mules for some extra rech)

    my earth/fire/fire dom will definitly respec to get some LOTG mules then ill be able to hit 140% rech with no hasten

    as for other toons ill have to look through and see if it would be a major improvment or if i want to bother, cause i absolutely hate how after a respec it throws your power bars in disarray and the current respec system is a little...clunky to put it nicely
  24. i think the biggest complaint about the rewards of the CoP is lack of everything from all kills in the mish except the reward on the AV

    the low merit reward at the end just sort of kills all the fun because in the mish you get basically 0 reward aside from the the AV, so a failure literally gives everyone nothing and a completion is mediocre rewards at best

    i wouldnt mind the CoP as is if we actually got rewards from the enemies instead of ONLY the AV at the end

    the merit reward would be justified as is if we got drops and inf from the baddies in the trial but with almost no rewards theres no incentive to do it unless you want the badge or as mentioned to have fun
