    this is correct, as it worked for me, and ive prepurchased from NCsoft, preordered from gamestop, and today got the steam version and have all 3 codes applied to my account

  4. ive never used this really, i have a good memory and i usually get to know poeple by their global name and just remember if they are good, if they are good i usually add them to global friend list, if they are bad or spammer, they go on ignore list, everyone else i do nothing

    ive either attempted to get or gotten this one on about half a dozen toons so far, from what i seen, there are some spots that the barriers either dont start heavily affecting you until your already near the map border, or they start affecting you before you get anywhere near the border

    basically for this you just need to find a spot where the barrier doesnt kick in until your pretty close to the barrier

    i think the end crash is the only annoying part of the big nukes

    i think they should be either drainage of the end OR recov debuff (a la em pulse)

    the end crash along with the recov debuff IMO makes them extremely annoying and i avoid nukes that do this as much as possible and/or only use them if im about to die as a last ditch kind of thing

    i think to help solve the problem with temp recipes would be make a specific storage for them separate from the current recipe storage, so you wouldnt have to worry about them taking up space for useful drops

    on what to do with them, i delete any i get, as none of them are worth more than 100k on the market (and thats very limited amount of rares, which could have also been extra 0s)
  8. if i see my pets start getting constantly 1 shot, i wont even bother training them, since now the training powers are extremely end heavy

    on tfs like tin mage, i usually dont bother training the pets the entire tf, as they are usually all killed by the end of 1 mob

    a buff to aoe def which is sort of inherent would be pretty awesome and definitly help survivability in a few cases
  9. my current ill/cold/ice build can solo stuff fairly easy, hes still missing a few IOs but can solo AVs and has solo deathsurge GM, i been running lady winter mish with her as an AV because i can lol

    the basic with either build is to try to get perma PA which usually involves a very high amount of rech
  10. while i do love playing my mm, i do agree with most of your points though

    on most other games, any pets you get are semi OP and even with 1-2 pets you could let them go at the baddies all day and they hardly wimper out

    i could partially see why they made the pets weaker in this game because of pvp and using pets to farm with little risk to self, but as it stands right now, most of the pets are extremely weak anyway

    i think the best thing they could do is just make ALL the summons work like the tier 3 summon and spawn at even level, at least tier 3s do a bit more dmg and take a few more hits, this would certainly not overpower them, but definitely help in the new incarnate tfs and other more difficult content

    as to the point with the rech not affecting pets, that wasnt entirely intended to be a nerf, but the super high rech bonuses were messing with the pet AI, essentially making them more stupid
  11. i agree that dmg procs are extremely useful in powers that do very little or no dmg, my ill troller has the glimpse of abyss IO in spectral terror which results in it actually being able to participate in DPS every now and then

    i like other procs as well which can provide powers with more utility (such as the achilles heel proc in earthquake or sleet/freezing rain)
  12. i prolly havent gotten around to doing much with this just yet because i been busy with all the i19 stuff still, respec 2 toons (one toon twice), ran 19 toons through the incarnate intro, have 6 toons with boosts, 3 of them have uncommons, TONs of badging with my main (up to 1178 badges on him atm), and been trying to finish slotting 2 of my toons which are missing less than 10 purps now

    and now with the winter event and the new mish which is extremely enjoyable compared to the BNY mish, ect

    so yeah, been quite busy lol

    (on a side note i was also finishing the last 2 weeks of this college semester, so had to take some time for final projects/exams)

    maybe next week ill start getting back into the rhythm with this because im on winter break now and will have loads more time
  13. i wish it would not touch your trays at all, and if you lost a power that you had, it would simply remove the power from the tray, if you gained more powers they would not be added to trays

    that alone would solve 3/4 of my problem with the current respec system, i absolutely hate having to redo my entire tray setup because i wanted to change a few slots or my epic pool with a respec

    of course dynamic respecs, or respecs in which you could more easily manipulate what you wanted to do instead of doing everything from scratch would make me completely stop hating the respec system for any reason, but thats already been suggested multiple times
  14. one of my toons has made almost 300 total candy canes so far, i got 70 doing a few hours of present hunting, then i started farming the lady winter mish cause it took me 5-10 min to complete, and setting lady winter to spawn as an AV gave me a good cash boost since the toon i was using can solo AV fairly easily (especially her)

    emp is alright because it has +dmg with fort and +end recov in RA, but other than that it doesnt help the team that much because it doesnt debuff

    FF i would rank worse than EMP in AV fight because it only does +def
  16. actually i honestly forgot about FF cause im used to playing corrs because of better dmg output lol

    if i were to include FF it would be at the bottom of the list, because as mentioned it does nothing but help the team survive through +def

    to me the cold dom set basically replaces FF because it adds def AND debuffs extremely well, if they ever give cold dom to mm, i would delete my zombie/FF and remaske as /cold in a heartbeat

    from the sound of what is happening, they changed his bifurcation power so that he will get regen bonus from the bifurcations anywhere, but i dont have any more 50s who need to run this to test whats happening

    from what i heard about the mish is that it is given as a choice from father time, you will have the choice of doing either the snaptooth mish or lady winter mish, both getting the same reward tables, therefore i assume it will be located in the ski chalet

    as of current my main is up to 1177 badges, the only badge atm that i forsee as being hard to get is the one for avoiding all of director 11s proximity bombs

    only missing 2 day jobs, 2 day job accolades, 2 tin mage related badges aside from vet badges and other badges which are in the most likely never gonna get category lol

    the very short to very long determinings are ONLY determined by the mish count, if you want a very short arc, it will be 1 mish, if you want short then it will be 2 mishs, ect

    unless they changed this since it came out, thats how its always been from my testing
  22. i think the biggest issues with AE right now is the search

    the search feature in itself is almost pointless unless you use it to search for a specific arc or author, its almost more efficient to just use the "one random" button to find arcs

    to expand on that, you should have the option to be able to pick out more than 1 random arc, maybe like 10 for a better selection

    the rating system needs work, but i think a simple like/dislike system would prolly be better than the current one (and i think this topic has been covered enough)

    i know im definitly the one who also prefers some story AND normal rewards, and i did the best i could to design my story arc to give out normal rewards and i tested it multiple times to make sure the rewards are giving out properly, but i know that a lot of authors tend to be more story driven than balancing for both

    i was not sure if defenders get therm, but therm is also a good set, i would also be interested to see how this thread would be if (or when) defenders got poison as well

    the only thing that is better than having 1 is having multiple lol, having a cold dom, rad and trap makes the AVs just melt and most mobs will have a hard time even lasting more than a few moments lol
