I was more suprised that Cartoon network paid for a cartoon.
[/ QUOTE ]
Fixed.
P.S. The best argument I've seen for Earth's Embrace not being in the set is the fact it is in the Controller APP, and if crossed-over Dominators get access to that APP, then that would be broken to have 2 EE's.
[/ QUOTE ]
Crossed over toons would either not have access to cross faction epics or, the dom app would not be a controller's. Probably a blaster's. -

My guess:
1 - Propel Rocks (Ranged Moderate Smashing, like the Legacy Chain minions)
2 - Stone Fist
4 - Gravel Spray (Ranged Cone Smashing, like the Minions of Igneous lieutenants)
10 - Stone Mallet
16 - Build Up
20 - Heavy Stone Mallet
28 - Propel Boulder (Ranged High Smashing, KB)
35 - Fissure
38 - Seismic Smash
[/ QUOTE ]
They might exchange build-up for some other gimmicky power. -
I think seismic smash would be the only reason to take this set over others. I mean, do ya'll want another knockdown/back stun assault set?
-
Let's start by increasing the radius of location AOE powers by at least a few hundred percent. Poison trap gets the same treatment.
Make time bomb tp-able (target-able) and allow it to be detonated by friendly fire. -
Like, Earth! Mmm, powerboosted -def.
-
Can we insert the text PVP opponent for AV?
-
Any except Mind I would think. Any secondary, but I think EA or thorns would be slightly more helpful. I like Earth/EA for this.

We see things a little differently, but I've been around long enough to know that when one AT suddenly sees a huge surge in usage, effectiveness and kill rate in PvP, the devs aren't far behind 'reviewing' things.
[/ QUOTE ]
I just hope that they consider the fact that there are a LOT of doms at any one time in PVP.
I wonder if they consider or know that certain ATs sometimes have a sweet spot in kill ratios dependent on the number and type of opponent and support ATs. -

More seriously, go with
Elec or sonic/therm
Fire, sonic or rad / pain
Sonic and dark / colds still do alright
I've seen some decent dueling rad and sonic/darks
[/ QUOTE ]
I so like my sonic/dark for zone/duels. -
Heh, replying to my own thread. At any rate, it appears to give you an IO recipe within the range selected but with a ranking closest to yours. So, no bug here.
-
Hey, just wondering if something changed or is this a bug; I cannot get low level gold rolls anymore. It seems to give me the min to my level.
-
On my sonic/dark, I went for recovery, acc, ranged def, rech. Non-DR numbers are: about 3.2/s recovery, 65ish global acc, 25ish ranged def, and about 30% global recharge.
-
Hmm, maybe popping should only suppress.
BTW, can you base TP that fast? I mean, isn't the icon grayed most of the time? -
Hmm, the impression I got from the in game persona of 'Twixt' was certainly not an objective professor.
Heck there has been many a time where he went off the deep with 'base is safe', 'moar phase', 'arean boys'! -

5. I'd love to see liquefy on a shorter timer, making it considerably more useful. As-is the timer is entirely too long.
[/ QUOTE ]
Also, I would like it be a target based AOE rather than location. -
[ QUOTE ]
So, my Grav/Psi should take Scirocco so I can get Power sink and as such get a THIRD way to restore end? Domination/Drain Psyche and Power Sink? Or is that overkill?
[/ QUOTE ]
Don't forget Surge of Power. -

but I always thought it was stupid that self-heals in even the non-melee ATs caused suppression and heal decay.
[/ QUOTE ]
Me too. Self heals shouldn't be affected by heal decay or suppression. Maybe receiving heals should? Don't know. If I were to start rolling back I14 changes, I would start by removing heal decay and suppression by heals for self heals first. -
Not sure, I've fought some plant controllers and they were pretty good.
-
For a farming dom, always take the AOE immob. Other than that, it is situational. For example; earth, the AOE immob not only prevents knockback, but also is a 1.17s cast time ranged -def. That might be useful given your opponent.
-
I have both /ea and /ele. Damage wise, thunderstrike and tf are virtually the same during the time build-up is in effect. Outside of build-up, tf is more damaging.
That said, your gonna have to just figure out what kind of dom you want. If you don't want to rely on build-up and want to do more control and damage, /ea is the way to go. If you think you might have a hard time hitting enemies and want to do burst damage, then /elec is the way to go.
