I'd like to submit Patriot America and/or Justice Forge.

Here are the Custom Lieutenant Power Sets as they currently are on test (09/09/09).

A time traveler, get 'em!
P.S. Thanks for compiling these lists.

Not sure if these will be within your normal style, but I'll post them anyway,
Quick-Fire (Fire Blast/Energy Manipulationl) or Chronocraft (Radiation Emission/Sonic Blast). -
I would like to submit this wonderful piece --> Mystic Fortune, of my namesake from Liberty server. Done by the VERY talented Niklas Hildebrand (AKA Projectionist).

If you want more slots, make an arc good enough to be a Dev's Choice.
[/ QUOTE ]
I recommend you not open up that can of worms.. -
Definitely /signed.
This is something I've been discussing with a few SG mates of mine, this would definitely be a good marketing choice. As good, or even better than the additional character slots.
This would likely have to be limited to a one time purchase to upgrade ones account. -
If your still taking requests, I would like to see your take on --> Justice Forge. In-game he's a Shield/Energy Melee Tank, but thanks to the Architect, he's a Energy Assault/Shield NPC.

Mystic Fortune, Level 50 Electricity Blast/Mental Manipulation Blaster, Liberty (@Mystic Fortune)

Mystic Fortune's costume just keeps getting better and better.
-
A Mystic Fortune Power you say?
Yes, that will go along nicely with my name sake on Liberty.. -

Hokay. Here are some things you should be aware of.
First, not everybody's played the Malta Warburg mission, and thus does not expect to be able to click a door to get into the base. When everything's inside the base, this is a problem. Putting "inside the warehouse" or something in the mission objective text would help a lot with this.
Second, an Elite Boss with Confuse can keep it permanently applied. Poison doesn't exist as a set, either. Hmm. Maybe Plant Control, considering the enemies later on? That'll keep the confuse but it will be much shorter.
Third, double-stacked Web Grenades and Caltrops do a real number on movement speed. Is there a way you could give the initial group another Lieutenant?
Fourth, end boss warnings appreciated. He melted under the Shivan as long as I had his attention.
Lastly, the "required side objectives" really need some justification, at least for me. I'm there to stop a nuclear launch. I can understand punching the guy responsible in the head repeatedly, but why should I raid his fridge? (at first I thought it was the humorous response to "if you were a nuclear warhead, where would you be?") I'm in a base to cross-reference the sample I picked up with a computer - but if it's an alternate dimension, why should I care about some random poison pods? Or bother trying to take down the super-tough boss? I already have the information from the computer.
Even doing things just because a contact says so is a step up from doing things just because the game engine says so.

I've hammered out a good deal of changes, that I think you'll be pleased with, unfortunately.. I wasn't able to publish it before the server maintenance hit.. so that will have to wait until later today.
[u]Expect these changes[u]
- Global -
* Massive overhaul of the Dialogue.
* As requested, added another lieut, to prevent the old ones from stacking too much nasty at once.
* Changed to a three part mission arc (added a plot builder as the first mission, others moved up a slot).
- Part 2 -
* Added an additional boss to the second mission, defeating him or letting him escape has no affect on the out come of the mission.
* Added notes about having to investigate the warehouse.
* Made it clear that the elite boss uses Mind Control.
- Part 3 -
* Added hostage rescue to the third mission.
* Changed the Pod Destruction to optional.
* Also made the insane boss fight optional.
Couple things I'm still having trouble with,
Mission 2 - On the Warburg map, the center room of the warehouse appears to be wasted (nothing spawns in there EVER). This causes the destructible items to spawn outside of the warehouse, which just annoys me.
Mission 3 - Even though I have chosen to have the EB spawn in the back, he always spawns in the hall of a large room instead of in the room itself (very annoying). My desired result would be that he spawns inside the room, out of the way of glowies, so that you don't have to fight him if you don't want to. I'm afraid, if I can't figure this out.. I'm going to have to do that thing I REALLY don't want to do.. and turn his difficulty down.
On a side note - Devs, you made the Mission Architect too darn addictive.

Arc Name: A New World's Order
Arc ID: 10810
Faction: Neutral
Creator Global/Forum Name: @Libertys Finest/Patriot_America
Difficulty Level: Medium - Hard
Synopsis: Travel to a new dimension and battle a Militia who's leaders quest for world domination could mean disaster for millions of innocent people. Plus an encounter with a mysterious civilization known as the Serpent Empire.
Estimated Time to Play: closer to 1h 30m (I can run it easily in under 45 minutes, but then.. I've mostly had to run it myself over and over... and over.. by the time I get it perfect.. I'll probably be sick of it)
-- Spoiler Alert Below --
I ran it once under a test and it played out almost exactly how I wanted it to, though I am still experiencing one minor annoyance, the custom text I am trying to add to the Snake Eggs doesn't seem to want to stick. Other than that, the insanely hard boss can be avoided altogether if you save the dirt mound for the last objective. -

Arc Name: Dimension U-1192
Arc ID: 6566
Faction: Heroic
Creator Global/Forum Name: @Aliana Blue/Aliana_Blue
Difficulty Level: Medium/Hard (mostly the third mission while we wait for the fix that will make the mobs less dangerous)
Synopsis: Rescuing Portal Corp scientists across dimensions is never boring!
Estimated Time to Play: 1 hour or so, there are lots of optional objectives so it'll depend. Most maps are small except for the outdoors mission.

Going to write up some feedback later today (server going down in 20), but I just wanted to snag this one up, so I can post mine
-----------------------------
Warning, may contain spoilers!
Minor typo - On the 'Contradicting information' clue, one of the sentences reads: It's [u]creppy[u], there's nothing out here, no one."
Grammar mistake - On the 'Nemesis invasion details' clue, towards the end of the last paragraph it reads: but [u]the[u] are not as old as the rest of the lab.
Minor typo - the return dialogue of part four from Tina Macintyre, "Great job [u]clering[u] out that base,"
Over all, really good. The NPC dialogue had me laughing. The story development was great, I felt like I was actually playing dev developed content.. although, at first when I stepped into the final mission and saw it was a defeat all on an oranbega map, I wanted to cry.. but in this case it was needed. All-in-all, 4 1/2 stars (if only there was such an option.)

Here's mine, be gentle :P

Mystic Fortune was the first toon I ever made, and his costume has evolved many times over the years. With the addition of the Valkyrie set I can proudly say, I think its finished.

Take this a step farther, having customizable statues that you could place in a meeting room or whatever, to showcase founding members of an SG that are no longer with you.
Probably not very likely, but definitely on the top of my 'wish list'. -
Poltergyst is effing awesome!!
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
and of course, all the others thus far are incredible. -

Happy birthday to your granddad! That is amazing. He's seen so many astounding events and changes in that time. He must have some stories to tell.
[/ QUOTE ]
Well said!
Not sure if this is what you looking for, but here goes, Poltergyst.
Bastien Green's story began the day his brother became a casualty in a turf battle between members of The Family. His brother's death shatter not only his world but his family. Worst of all, the perpetrators spent less than 2 months behind bars.
Full of anger and supremely dissatisfied in the justice system, he joined up with Longbow in the hopes of making a difference. After his admission, his superiors felt he was unsuited for fieldwork and set him in logistics. While relocating an old warehouse of theirs he found a crate labeled "Project Ghost". Upon opening the crate and seeing the high tech equipment he finally realized his destiny and his means of justice.
Inside was a suit equipped with stealth generators which supplied power to negative energy converters in the gloves. The gloves created a negative energy field around the wearers fists, and when streamed allowed them to fly. After turning in his resignation, he donned the suit and took the name "Poltergyst", determined to see justice met as it should be. -

For anyone who may have not been seeing Zombie Apocalypse events as frequently as they would have liked, we uncovered and corrected an issue with the event today, Monday, that was causing the event to not spawn at correct intervals on several servers.
If you have further concerns about the event, please be sure to use the in-game /petition command or post your thoughts here in the discussion thread.

That might explain the attack I saw a few hours ago, I saw 10+ warning message pop up at once throughout Paragon City, Zombies were out for some brains it would seem -
Its actually just the Moment of Glory animation with the sword drawn, as seen, here. Honestly, I really didn't want anything too complicated, a simple pose and I'm happy, it is funny though.. right before he started on the colored version, I asked if he could add the American Flag in the background, his reply was "I already planned to do that."
My next commissioned piece of Patriot will have a bit more 'action' to it..
but yea,<-- this is me being easily pleased.
