It could have conditionals, like:

Black colored wings
Dark set primary or secondary
pain domination
crouching
last local chat message within 30s contains specific words or emotes.

Failing to meet all or some of these checks renders the person an invalid target.

Ever run into rafters on the blue bar in Pocket D infested with people crouching, raining their thick emotional muck on the people below while exuding the "I'm so dark and sad and in the rafters" waves?

I propose we get a temp power under special conditions that has KB on it titled "Cheer Up." It should spout wonderous particles and play the sounds of children's laughter while knocking the target back. It could also have a projectile animation like spirit sharks, but instead be a galloping unicorn.

I'm scared of getting steamed.

It does get me down sometimes when the trainers tell me there is nothing more they can do for me, that I'm truly a hero...

There's only one way to stop this.

Require the entry of real human ID(social security or otherwise) to create accounts.

That way, a malicious registration can ban the human being behind the keyboard from further business with NCsoft instead of an email or some gobbledygook person who does not exist.

If I proclaim "deliveryman" to be a proper noun for my diety and tell NCSoft that I am offended by my diety's name being used all willy-nilly around MA arcs, they will no doubt tell me to buzz off.

So why, might I ask, that a reservation be placed on a word that in terms of state does not belong to any religion?

You could swap the legs model out with another geoset that obeys the same armatures and contains the same amount of vertexes as the two normally shaped legs, but is differently shaped. You could then delete the faces of some of the inside vertexes toward the middle and draw faces in such a way that you would not need to create new animations, just a new legs model with the same vertex labels and bone assignment. The feet would have to be detached from the leg model and would look ok from every angle except looking straight up into the robe. WoW executes robes like this, but at the same time you do not see people getting knocked back in that game, so it may stick out a lot in this game.

As of Issue 14, there are 5, 313 animations in the game. 2,246 for the “male” rig, 700 for “female”, and 720 for “huge”.

I so move that it be 721 for huge. I need extra animation for when I cringe in pain at pouring coffee all over my neck and shoulder.

I thought inspirations as a resource could be better.

I think we could abolish them as a material, and instead make them into abilities bound to the F1-F5. As we fight enemies, a resource fills up to a certain point and enables us to pick an inspiration to fire off. If we wait a little longer and allow it to go into a sort of "overdrive" part of the bar, we can fire off a significantly stronger version of the inspiration you choose.
This would remove the random factor of insp drops while in missions.
