Well on any stalker build you should have Hide + Stealth + a Stealth IO, your build does not have a stealth IO.
I would recommend taking Total Focus over Bone smasher, aswell as switching the slotting around on AS and ET. If you become good at using AS, it's much better to have the more procs in that power. It's also suggestible that you slot AS with 3 Nucleo and 3 procs but I prefer the Heca set and an extra proc; I like the rech and end reduction values in my AS but its player preference.
You should slot your sharks for damage and not Knockback, even if that set does give you 7.5% recharge (Which btw isn't needed). The only players you will KB with sharks are poorly built ones or flyers, and if you come across a flyer you can just use Shark jaws to bring them down. Sharks has a fast recharge so 3 Nucleo and 3 procs works wonders in that power.
WP is imo the best secondary for stalker, it has everything and one thing it comes with is the ability to cap the hp by simply adding 2-3 Heal enchancements into High Pain Threshold, this will open up a lot more options, slotting wise for your build. It will give you the chance to work in damage bonuses etc. Wp also comes with KB protection so don't waste slots on KB IO's.
Superspeed is underslotted and you should definately slot that up some more. A stalker needs speed; for chasing and getting away. Also learn to use invisibility as a getaway tool, once travel supression ends on you, you will soon exit most peoples perception range if you're using invis as you try to escape.
I hope this helped.

Hi, I'm selling 4x Glad Javelin procs + Glad Javelin Acc/Dam/End/Rech's
All level 50 and crafted. If you're interested please pm me in-game or send me an in-game email to @Mortilance. -
Hmm I dont think so, taking ageless would be a waste unless the only thing you plan on fighting is therms. When I build my toons I never try to have more than 1.5 end consumption. 2.7 seems very high, is that with snowstorm toggled on or do you just not have any end reduction slotted in your toggles?
I would also probably go with Rebirth but Barrier would also be a good option with the -tohit from your blasts and benumb. Heatloss wont always be up and once its down I think you will have issues with your end. Maybe post your build and I could provide some feedback, as could others -
He's playing Aion atm Ares. Told me he's taking a break from CoH for a month or so..
-
Hmm I would usually change up the slotting for what i'm building the toon for and what blast set i'm going with but splitting apocs is always good on a defender so 3 apocs (Proc, Dam/End and Acc/Dam/Rech) with 1 nucle and unbreak constraint (Acc/rech and proc). Though if i wanted more hp in my build i would do 3 apocs and 3 devas'/glad jav. Looking at mids 3 apocs and 3 glad jav is probably the way to go. (Apoc:Proc, Dam/Rech and Acc/Dam/Rech) with (Glad Jav:Proc, Acc/Dam and Acc/Dam/End/Rech).
I would slot 2 nucle, 1 centriole and 3 procs if i didn't care for bonuses (Health mainly). Defender hp is low
Goodluck. -
No offense but that build posted above me isn't good in terms of offense. 3/3 slotted attacks which is not needed on an AT that can achieve capped hp without doing that and also such low recharge in your attacks and nearly no global reacharge bonus makes your chain very slow. Especially since there's no Psi Dart in there. Psi dart is way to good to pass up.
Also, wasting slots on regen is pointless in the current pvp system. Even regens don't slot for regen anymore.
You want high rech values in all your attacks to keep a nice fluent attack chain going.
If you're going to 3 slot BU and Aim at least put Membrane's in there so you enhance the +tohit aswell as the rech. -
Yeh Scare is definately worth taking, since fear is on a seperate mez timer to holds, sleeps etc. when slotted for full fear duration it should terrorise someone for around 8 seconds. A nice easy way to setup Drain Psyche
.
-
Hm the build itself should be fairly easy to make. Personally i would go with phase/soul and pick up powerboost.
As for primary I think Rad blast is nice for a pain, quick animations and a stun in your attack. You could slot cosmic burst with some acc/mez or dmg/mez HO's and split an apoc set to still get the enhancements values pretty high, having acc, dmg and stun all the way up. That way when you powerboost cosmic burst you should have a nice stun duration.
As a pain there are going to be opportunities to attack and having a blast set with quick animations is great just incase you do get in trouble. You won't be rooted and left helpless
Hope this helped. -
You would be better off taking Dark Pit instead of the nuke, even in PvE the nuke is still garbage and it probably does less damage than dark blast in PvP. You mentioned you took it for the purple set, well Absolute Amazements give the same bonuses and the stun will actually be usefull in PvP for detoggling any nasty toggles. Altough it isn't very reliable to detoggling with it having quite a long recharge, you should still take it over the nuke. Mezzing shouldn't be a problem with a hold from your patrons but incase your patron hold misses at least you have a backup stun
Goodluck.. -
I see where you're coming from with keeping some blasts in there. Personally I like to have Will dom and TK on my emp/psy to for 2v2 situations
. They're also good just for hp sets. I haven't looked at any of the builds in this thread but I would definately keep those blasts.
Edit: Ok well I looked at one of the builds and 4 slotting panacea's seems pointless imo. The only reason i'd ever slot panacea's is for the rech and range bonus. Don't slot them unless you're slotting 5 and 3 slotting heca's in brawl is crazy also. I understand two for a recov bonus but 3 for that amazing fire and cold res?
And yeh. Drop Either Grant invis or Invis for Hurdle. Another thing. If you don't take hurdle you're going to want to crank the values in super jump way uuup. Switch the Unbound leap for the cheaper jump set and use Celerity in Super Speed.
This is just my opinion and how I would do it. Goodluck. -
You will want to keep hurdle. End is no issue but hurdle is way to good to pass up
-
Persoanlly i would slot Drain Psyche for recovery drain instead of -regen.

As it stand your current build which looks like your pve build? Won't work in PvP.
First of all; Dark blasts damage is already limited on a toon with no -res so slotting the attacks for -tohit means you won't ever kill anything. The only attacks you will need in PvP are Gloom, Dark Blast and Life Drain. Anything else from the dark blast set can be taken just as set mules as they won't really offer anything to you. I would recomend taking Dark Pit maybe though for detoggling any nasty offensive toggles but the rech sucks on dark pit so there will be times when you won't be able to detoggle someone.
Secondly you will want to change your power pool selection. The fighting pool doesn't offer a great deal for squishies with DR and all so I would recommend taking Leadership instead. You have no aim in dark blast so you will want the +tohit from Tactics to help with your attacks hitting. As for movement, taking Speed and Leaping pool is pretty essential in PvP now. Then obviously fitness. For your epic power pool you should go with power mastery. Power build up will help with lack of Aim and it will also make your tohit debuffs alot stronger.
The powers you have from Dark Miasma are pretty solid choice wise but try and pick up Fearsome stare if you can but slot it for -tohit instead of fear. That power powerboosted does ALOT of -tohit.
As for Slotting Dark servant, I never really know what to go for but you should definately put some heal in him. If you get in trouble and your heal misses there's a chance your pet will heal you if you go stand next to him.
Hope this helped
I'll try whip up a build after lunch but goodluck! -
What use does Spectral Terror have? Because i wasn't sure whether to include it in my build or not for dueling. Is the fear duration like blaster Scare (Hopes :P)
-
Why all of a sudden is there a 1-2 second aftercast on fireblast which makes you root nearly as long as shout? It makes this set almost unplayable in pvp
Fix this crap please! -
Is it possible to use these free transfers to transfer between EU and US servers? Or is it strictly between the servers inside US and EU?
Anybody know?

Personally i would take something like this (Below). Switched out soulstorm for Enforced morale because soulstorm is quite long animation + leave the mezzing up to your team. Also because some people won't have perception so enforced morale is nice for that and if you arena it helps alot to stack enforced morale on your team if you happen to be fighting any doms. I re-arranged the powers in the order i would take them (not that it matters if you're pvping at 50).
I dropped powerbolt cause the damage is crap and picked up power burst. Although it's close range its going to be the most dmg you can put out and you generally dont want to be attacking unless your teams target is low anyway.
Lastly, i picked up powerboost. This is a great power to use in situations when heal decay is starting to kick in.

I think siphon life is affected by heal decay because i remember playing my cold/dark defender in arena when you couldn't turn DR etc off in arena and that was my downfall. Life Drain would decay and i would die
. So i'm assuming it's the same for the dark melee version too. Though not 100% sure.
Heal decay doesn't affect your regen heals at all. -
Lmao i beleive you told me and group of friends that we were sad for using the forums and look at you now asking for help on yet another build. Just make sure you dont 2 slot your most used powers this time ok?
Goodluck with the build... -
Wasn't sure of your budget so i made a fairly cheap build. Obviously you can switch the IO's in the attacks for purples (Apocs, Amazements and Heca's) but as they are pretty expensive atm i didn't include them. See what you think

I would post my sonic/em build but i had to reinstall windows on my PC and lost all my builds. I will try make something up to help you out.
-
Well you saying you want to stun from range i would say sonic would be best for that. It has a very quick animation on the stun and can be powerboosted to last for around 5 seconds. I have a sonic/em but i don't use it in KB's i use it in small matches and theres been a number of times i've gotten kills on emped basters because i stun there emp an switch back to the blaster. Screech can be very nasty when used right
-
No, no it's not. Its for kiteklubbers and bad scappes who think real pvp is standing toe-to-toe in the train station in RV
