There are also about a million Elec/Therm builds floating around here, unless they all got purged during forum maintenance or something.

Take all your elec powers, skip everything from therm apart from warmth, pick your 4 desired pool/patron powers then go wreck* RV.
*Advice may not result in you wrecking. Skill is needed too.

Not a lot to a elec/therm. MA and HE then zap there blue bar away. CoX gives respecs our like candy so find out what works for you, copy and pasteing someone elses build isn't really your elec/therm.
depends what you want to do - team or solo will guide your build but HE is manditory, you will want leadership so lev epic for hibernate.
