I like each evenly... In one Penelope looks better while that thing looks worse and in the second its the opposite. Sick of slutted out Penny so ill go 2!

Also symbols should have arm, leg, back, and head options, not just chest. -

-An energy/elemental/spear staff (and more skins all around)
-Collars!!! (I'm talk'n Doc Strange style, armored bomb squad style, anime styles, Prototype 2)
-A Dollar Bill aura (bills moving around the character)
-More costume change emotes (giant beam of light comes down MK Nightwolf fatality style)
-Masks similar to Metaknight from Kirby and Vega of Street Fighter (basically round face masks)
Tons more but that's all I can think of. Plus there are already so many great ideas above.
P.S. I was wondering though, as far as auras would it be possible to have animals? Like a snake weaving around the body? A small animal that didn't just sit on your shoulder? Spiders crawling on you etc. -
My favorite part of the survey was the last choice which let you explain what you wanted/opinion. Since they won't be read (jk) you guys just keep throwing costumes and powers at us. IMO the character customization is CoX's biggest most unique feature for me and I think tons of games fail when they get too far away from their bread and butter. So more costumes. More WEAPON CUSTOMIZATION. More powers. Lastly, MORE ANIMATIONS.
Person spaces also sounded pretty cool. I mainly only play with my brother and we duo all of our toons. So I would be interested in how this is implemented. Also an nrg staff... -
I have a 37 Staff Elec and he can be really end heavy even with the end form. Well, really I have to remind myself to switch back to it since its the main form I use. Gotta say I am really loving the combo. Its concept based but I still have the usual Tough n Weave. I just wish the damage was a bit higher and there was a power where you throw the weapon.
What I need help on is getting more than 30 percent in IO Def for melee range and AoE. I have never used elec aura before so hopefully I can without sacrificing too much. -
Im trying to respec my old Elec Shield. So I checked out an old guide and it said that CI and I think LR were bugged. It said that if you put a proc in them the "jump" would be cancelled from CI and that the proc would hurt me in LR. Are these bugs still current? Are there also any other bugs I should know about?

I have been away from the game for six months and I am noticing a problem that wasn't there before. When I sometimes try to open the costume window it won't fully open and it will freeze my game. Anyone else having this issue?

Well I was on freedom then villains came out so then I used Virtue as my Villains server. Then Villains died and I played both. I didnt care for the giant amount of RP's on Virtue but they died down and the Freedom farmers got big and so I came to live in Virtue. Now I'm in Virtue and Exalted, but Exalted still feels emptier than Virtue...

Since Scrappers dont get it and I havent run it yet on a Brute I was thinkn of using it. How is Energy Melee on a Brute? What's a good secondary? I was thinking Dark but there are so many powers I just don't know if a build is viable. Same goes for Invulnerability except I am so foreign to it. I also hought /Fire but I have that on so many other ATs. Maybe Elec? Anywho any advice is welcome!

Im running BR/MM at the moment and its okay so far. I focus mainly on BR then when all thats recharging I use Cutting Beam and then P Scream. The one thing about this set I need to know is Disintegration. I alpha with it and fire all my ST attacks but Dis Spread is rare. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it because Im a blaster? In beta for the 30 mins I got to play with it I used a Corr and it seemed to happen more. Also if I use BR or AR and go munitions will the gun stay the same?
Also what changes did they make to Gun Drone? -

I am just bummed its the new CoT outfits and not the old ones. I still want a plain basic robe/dress. I was hoping that they were finally offering it to us after 7 years of us begging (since the real ones got an up date it would have been nice to get the hand-me-downs at least). But nope. Only the flashy new ones that I can not tell apart.
Every dress or robe option is left out to keep it out of the players hands. That is fact. Too many people want it to be anything less. You can rationalize it anyway you want, but out of our hands is out of our hands.
At least one new character in the new zone gets one, the roman npc's (oracles on both) get some, the Oni pet gets one.... Do we? no. The rest of the ninja do martial arts kicks, does the Oni? I haven't noticed, but if so that's another argument against that being an issue.
and yes, hats and hair should be two separate things, period. Even if that requires you to redesign a 'with hat' version of each hair style. (or helmet or whatever). Just like the belts and tails should be different (and are finally), and the beards and other facial decorations should be different. If I have a beard I can't smoke? If I have horns I can't have glasses? and so on.
At least this one didn't have gender specific options like so many others, or pieces that have parts you can not color (at least not that I have seen so far).
I know this isn't the right place, but since I won't be coming back here again for a while this is close, on the Trench Coat (probably others too) the "Over" chest detail goes half on the jacket and half on the collar. (at least on the females) and looks bad, it should be moved over to the character's left just a bit.
If you guys want to stay a head as the best character creator on any game, gotta keep making it better, sometimes that means rethinking the way it works, like maybe adding a 3rd color, or once again separating out more of the options so we have more choices. And more ways to combine the choices we have.
It also might help if everything were not squished into the center of the screen (can barely even see the weapons I am choosing) and if we zoom in on the lower half of the body, like the boots, that it actually zooms into the boots and not the belt.
I have so many characters that have that issue with so many pieces already I don't see the problem. It's a game not a movie. I Ninja Run with a Sword in my neck or chest all the time.
I don't really care too much about getting NPC stuff, but if you are gonna give it to us I'd like more of what the npcs actually have. As far as the CoT parts go, I didnt expect to get the good stuff and none of you should have either (on account of it bein one of those too good to be true kinda things lol). I like what was given as long as I do not think about what the real mages have. The price though... geeze. You can't put out something like the Barbarian set and follow up with this. The Barbarian was packed with goodies and it was a breath of fresh air. CoT parts have been waited on for 7 years basically (like I have waited for Dark Blast for Blasters and Staff Combat for melee) so I think it shoulda been a bit more grand. In the end Im just glad that the market is as active as it is, but how long will it continue to be so? I don't care about most of the stuff in it (since as a vet and booster collecter I have most of what's in it) so I look foward to costume parts and powers. Ive been here since day one and it was the costumes and powers that have kept me here. I find it really hard now to make a character unless it has a concept due to making so many so I need a fresh supply of costume parts. I think now though other games in the super hero genre are catching (stealing)on though and need to be put in their place. As I said before though, Im thankful to get new stuff.

I mean the art is good, but the background with the buildings would have been even a bit better. It kind of dulls my start now a days since my old backgrounds were so much better. I mean who do I have to pay to get some customer help in this area?!
Anywho, sorry about that but this is a sore subject for me. From what you guys have posted though, I feel a lot better! It may be time for me to go back and finish learning photoshop. -

Also P Shifter +End, if I got 2 and put one in Nova and one in Stam would that be efficient since Stam effects Nova now? -

It features quite a bit of PVP IOs. THB has a build he's playing with on test that he loves (and is working on collecting the ingredients on live), I think it's in one of his other threads.
But yes, most purple IOs excel in recharge, but there are other enhancements in which you can stack up some defense too.
Edit to add: Apparently I was thinking of his Monster PB build. His WS one only has a couple PVP ones (assuming this is it).

1. Eclipse: I see that Eclipse is able to be Perma'd. Is it worth slotting for Res? My initial thought is no since it depends on enemies hit.
2. Essence Drain: On a Tri Form how critical is this? One thing I am starting to notice is when I fight enemies like ghosts with no corpses left behind it hinders me. So I was thinking about using ED to help mid battle.
3. Semi-Tri Form: I kind of see my self not fully relying on my Nova/Dwarf forms at all times as I am loving to mix it up in combat depending on the situation/enemies. Which powers need a lot of slots other than the Trans Powers? I see that so far Sunless Mire, Stygian Circle, Gravity Well, and Dark Extraction are going to be my favorite powers. I think I can get away with slotting other useful powers like Orbiting Death and Gravitic Emanation moderately. What do you guys think?
4. Shields?: Now I see why that supershademan didn't take shields (PermaClipse), but I have so many powers that I don't want but have to get anyway.I was thinking that while I would get the S/L shield I would leave it at 1 slot. Then I can get other 1 slot powers like the new Zone TP Power in Freedom, Aid Other/Teammate Aiding Powers etc. Still unsure though...
5. Filler Powers: I picked up Hasten and SS to help fill the gaps what else can a WS put to good use? I got CJ(for the LotG), and I am thinking about Grant Invis (LotG/Teammate who can't Stealth) and Aid Other (for teammates/possible Doc Wounds Rch).
6. Nebulous Form: What's your take on this? It seems like an "Oh Snap!" power. Is there something more?
7. Stygian Return: I want it for the debuff it gives when I die since it has a Mag 10/50 is there something creative to slot it with (would Miracle Proc work here?)?
Hmmm I know Im forgetting to ask a few things but if they are important then I will ask! I wish I could get some of those PVP procs though, especially the -Res and 3% Def Proc. -
Thanks a lot guys that helped me come to a decision on which one.I think I will want to go with Tri Form WS since we want to be 50 BEFORE Freedom. Also I like AoE and the chaos that comes with it lol. However now I want to know about this Superior Human Form build.
Sounds interesting so Im guessing Purple IO Sets are the cause?
Speaking of Purple IOs, aside from the level wide coverage, they don't give you any def and such so I don't really use them too much. Am I missing something? -
Ive been away from EATs for a long time so I am kind of in the same predicament. I have a few questions as well. Im rolling a 3man team with 2 of my friends they are stalker(with experience playing) and a Dp/Cld Corr (with maybe medium experience playing). So I figure I will need something with a backbone so I chose an EAT.
1. Which would be a better fit for this team PB or WS and why? I think Ill prolly spend a lot of time in Lobster-mode with this team but we also team with other people so who knows.
2. If I went WS would I be better off as an all Human form?
3. When it comes to IO Set Bonuses I have been messing around with Rech and doing okay. However I am not used to not having a lot of Def (Coming off of a shield brute aint helpn).
4. Do you have to be in human form to use your Incarnate powers? -

The build up Proc has a chance to fire on you when you summon the Pet power its in, then every time the pet uses an attack. It can proc for multiple pets within the same power at the same time. And seems to stack on one pet sometimes.
I.e my tier 1 pets have had, between them, a perma build up affect for about 30 seconds before, whereby one would get it, then the other, then the firsts may drop while the third gets one etc etc. -
Well thanks a lot. I am picking up O2 now and keeping Snow Storm. LS however I do not know how I will slot that. Im getting an aoe immob with the Grav Purple Set which has a hold proc anyway so it would stack with LS if I decide to Devastation proc it. I am also getting a true hold as well. I have also thought about putting some -end in LS. However I do no know if it would be worth it since I have no other -end powers. I kind of see myself using Tornado in tandem with LS against big bosses like EBs/AVs mainly, at least until I get my AoE Immob.

Hmmm I went a completly different way than some of you. It works for me and I dont know why lol since its res based (lately been hating def based toons w/o def debuff protection) and I took Blazing Aura and Hot feet. I get along just fine with 30 percent Defto melee n Aoe and 45 percent res to S/L. As said earlier Hot Feet can be a game changer since they do a slow run away which gives excellent mitigation. I have no trouble killing things even in the high levels. Also there is no worst AT it's all how you play the game. Me? I make all my toons with a certain mindset of how I want them to play. This toon I knew was gonna be an in your face melee toon!

Rolling a new Thugs/storm MM and it brought up a few questions, so I dont know if I should have posted these here, or the Player Questions thread since it has some other types of things in here too.
1. Soulbound Allegiance Chance for Build Up: Will the effects go to me or the pet?
2. Similar to the first question, if I slot a psuedo pet power like tornado with something like Call to Arms/Exp Reinforcement will just those powers benefit from the res/def bonus or will my core pets as well?
3. When it comes to hurricane I see you can put the Dark Watcher's -rch proc or the F.Feedback +rch proc in there. In MiDs the -rch proc is hurting me will it happen like that in game?
4. O2 Boost. I am duoing with my brother who has a Brute so i was wondering if O2 would be worth taking for the end drain res and the added perception.
5. Freezing Rain and Lightning Storm Slotting. Since there are so many options to slotting these two powers I could use some advice here. I have made a Storm before and I know that LS can hit multiple enemies so maybe a Devastation hold proc? For FR an Achilles, would the -res proc and a seperate -res so total -50%?
Also, any advice I would appreciate. This is an exclusive Duoing toon so I won't be soloing much. My brother is rolling a Clw/Fire Brute as this toons partner. thanks a lot guys. -
As said earlier, Ice Armor all the way. I mean if you could generate Ice to shield yourself would you make sloppy cubes all around your body? I wouldn't, I would make a solid smooth layer. Shape and form is up to you guys but that clucky stuff is launch old. I'd rather look like a snowman than jack frost.
Same with hasten. I would rather have no effect.
