He managed to talk fairly normally in The Prestige also. But that was before he became the Batman.

Grats to her on the job! I hope she gets the upperhand with her allergies (my mom has really bad allergies too, luckily I only inherited part of them).
On the plus side, I should be able to make it next week(depending on when my wife flies back). -
Doesn't stop people from leaving it on Auto at the markets
Or PSW *scowls at the nearest Dominator* -
You know, as soon as you buy it, someone will post one for less inf than you paid. You really should start bidding from 1 again, to make sure you do not buy before the best possible price becomes available.

I love Scirocco's Arc!
Unfortunately, I will be taking the wife to the airport that day, and will not be back until after 2pm. -

45% Defense Debuff Resistance
13.8% Recharge Debuff Resistance
[/ QUOTE ]
Mid's does not report these numbers correctly.
Your defense debuff resistance will be 13.8%*Defense Enhancement (50-56% generally) for Battle Agility and Grant Cover, and 17.3%*Defense Enhancement (currently only doable via HO's) *2 (when double stacked) for Active Defense. My build currently has 58%-82% Defense Debuff Resistance.
Your Recharge Debuff Resistance is 30%*Recharge Enhancement AND Globabl Recharge. My build currently has 46.5% to 67.5%(when Hasten is on) Recharge Debuff Resistance. This is most likely an oversight, so do not be surprised if it gets "fixed" to be a straight unenhanceable 30%, in a future update. -

Despite the best efforts of the Ebil, the market isn't always priced out of reach.
[/ QUOTE ]
Sorry, I was busy keeping purple prices out of reach of the casual player, so they stop playing their Warshades. I will immediately rectify this shortcoming by creating the DeJoJo cartel and putting a 2 million inf price floor on all common and uncommon IO's.
Thank you for reminding me to try harder and charge more. -
They are a jerk hacker and have gone to the Americans!

Bonus question: Im going to buy a Numina Unique with Merits and post it to get myself some more starting money, what level would fetch the highest price? (Im assuming 50?)
[/ QUOTE ]
Generally max level fetches the highest price. On the global and proc IO's (of which Numina is a member), the lowest level can fetch a similar and sometimes higher price than the max level. Best practice would be to check the sales history and the number for sale/bidding, and determine from there. -
I had an item that I bought, and when I collected it from the market, it popped back into the market slot, then disappeared, then popped back, then disappeared, then popped back, then disappeared for the final time.

That computer does look pretty good for running CoX (and everyday stuff). I also heartily recommend Newegg, and buy almost all of my parts from there. They have one of the most responsive Customer Service departments I have ever seen, and by far the best for a computer retailer.
If you do not feel comfortable, or have the tools for, troubleshooting failed components, you can buy one of their pre-built computers and then the troubleshooting onus is on them. Although, you still have to pay to ship it back to them.

It looks like it uses Melee_Heal table, as it gives ticks of 79 HP on my friend's Dominator. Defenders will benefit the most, at around 90 HP per tick, and Soldiers of Arachnos the least, at around 54 HP per tick.

Also, I believe you can put the plus sign (+) in front of each word, forcing it to show only Arcs that contain both words. Likewise, you can use the minus sign (-) to exclude Arcs containing that word (ie, +cat -girl). I am not sure if searching for phrases has been implemented yet or not.
Vampire Lord - Let us know when/where you host your Arcs. In the meantime, I will check out the ones you have published.

when they make the name search capability in Issue 15.
[/ QUOTE ]
You can already search for arcs by Title, Author Global Name, Arc ID#, and any words in the Summary Info/Description.
You can have people play all of your story's by emailing the files to them, or uploading them somewhere that people can download them from. Then they publish and play, or play in test mode, and switch out stories as they go. The downside to this, is that you do not get ratings/tickets for it, and getting feedback is a little more complicated. -
Slotting into Serum would not be wise, IMO, as it would only try to proc when you activate Serum and Serum has such a long recharge.
Best place would be Health, or Aid Self (if you take the Medicine pool). -

I hear you there. I have run about 6 ITF's and 4 LGTF's in the last week, and on each one I am lucky to get more than 2 Set recipes, 4-6 common recipes, and 30 salvage. Of course, I am running with a team of 6-8 instead of solo, but it still seems lower than it used to be.
I haven't run any traditional farming maps since i13 went live, but I can fire one up and check it out. -
I concur with mac and Cat. However, testing/calculating is the the best approach, and leads to Profit, as Rag put it.

Noire, here's to your future containing more happiness than sadness. More good times than bad. Cheers!

This is all well and good for you guys who have been playing for awhile, but for the new guy (or returning guy) AE was great because it broke the market and the strangle hold the REAL farmers had on it. Now that its not so easy for me to get tickets I have to resort to the market but I never had a bank roll to begin with.
[/ QUOTE ]
It is so easy to get a bank roll, though. I took a blaster with 5K (yes, 5 thousand, NOT million), bought a few Perfect Zinger procs (and other way oversupplied stuff) for 555, resold for 1.5-2M, and repeated with slightly more expensive stuff (buying for 55-100K and reselling for 2-5M). Within 2 weeks, and only logging in on him 4-6 times, I had nearly 80 million.
That happens to be FOUR times the amount I started with, when I came back to the game at the end of 2007. I went from being a total Market newbie, to over 4 billion in Inf (and having a purpled out Scrapper) heroside, and 1.5 billion in Inf (and a Brute and MM IO'd out, minus some purples) villainside. It took me 7-8 months, but I employed half or less of what I have read about in this forum.
Sure, it is possibly that you will not be able to do it. However, mine and the other success stories I have seen, show that it can be done. -
Also, it begins at level 30. If you put the slider below 30, it will not show up.

I'd get the system, and try running it at 2GB for a while to see if you notice any speed issues. If you do, pop the $50 for another 4GB.
Rubberbanding and lag, however, are usually connection-related issues.
[/ QUOTE ]
I would go with the extra 4GB right away. CoX alone, takes up nearly 2GB on my Vista 64-bit machine. With all the background processes and other programs running (Teamspeak, Herostats, and often 2-4 web pages), it tops 3GB.
Not enough memory can cause rubberbanding and jerky/pausing video also, as the system has to frequently swap between regular (RAM) memory and virtual memory (residing on the hard drive). -
I recharge my batteries when they get below 1/4 power, and have never run into that problem.
