i liked the first two, didnt care for the third one and will probly wait until dvd release to watch Salvation as I still need to go see Star Trek and Wolverine before I can waste my time with this

The problem with T3 it was basically the same plot as the first 2, rehashed again...
I have waited since the mid-80's for a Terminator in the Apocolyptic setting. Now it is here, I want to see it, just not sure when I'll go.

Yeah, the first one pretty much hit the spot for me as well.
The barrage of cliché sound bites and eye roll inducing bravado in T-2 made me officially "get out".
i think the worst part of the 2nd or was it the 3rd movie was that whinney voiced kid allways yellling at the terminator "come on, come on" or whatever that annoying brat was saying lol

T2 was good for the effects. By now they're pretty vanilla but at the time it was pretty amazing. Story wasn't so much. T4, did I mention by now the effects are pretty vanilla? Unless I hear they have a really good story, probably will wait for DvD.
