Weeell, considering they marketed the loyalty-beta-majig in the EU as much as they did in the US, they'd better come through on it or they'll have another angry EU-player dogpile to deal with.
I don't think they'd make that error again but the little cynical part of my brain can see them somehow managing to. -
Stumbling into minefields here, you are. Server merges are a hellaciously touchy topic around here, if only because names are server-unique and people are rather attached to them. Server list merges (sticking the US and EU lists together) are becoming a popular idea though.
Story arcs kinda hapen by themselves if you keep doing missions from contacts. The later ones are a lot better than the early ones in most cases, since they were made when the writers/devs had more experience to draw on.

Poking through the shiny new creator for I16 has made something abruptly obvious. Some of the lists are nicely organised, usually in alphabetical order, and some are very much not (lookin' at you, shoulders and gloves!) Can we get them all organised alphabetically maybe? Would make it easier for spazzes like me to find stuff.
If stuff wants to be grouped you could use different names - tails could become Tail - Demon, Tail - Cat and so forth so they stick together.
Aaaand while I'm at it, can we give the standard-cape brooches some names? Brooch 1 through Brooch 58 is uninformative and makes it tricky to find a particular one short of going through them all. o.o -

Firstly, this isn't a democracy, it's a mostly-benign dictatorship. Whatever NCSoft says goes.
As for the actual thing, I can sort of see how this could be done but without the tools to play with (maintainance!) I couldn't say exactly. If not, maybe something that got changed since the mission was made? -

Pers'nally I don't critique much because I'm so much not an artistic person I almost wrap around the other side - I can mostly tell when something is off but I can only very rarely put into words what it is, unless it's obvious. I knows what I likes though, and I'll praise that.
Other than that, +n to the civility thing.

Just to contribute data, north of England, little to no noticable lag on EU servers for weeks now. Conclusion: this is the fault of the Internet as much as/more than the servers, specially since my connection is, well, not the best available, shall we say. (curse ye, TalkTalk, ya demons! *shakefist*)

Antivirus type stuff isn't my forte... I uses avast ATM and it seems to work pretty well but I had no real reason for picking it. o.O
As for filtering software, a parent I know uses this software-shaped thing and hasn't complained about it that I've heard. -
Totally not the thread for it, I know, but that link makes Firefox whine at me about 'untrusted connection' as indeed does the entire Virtueverse site.
To actually contribute in some way, thar be a linkie to various references in ze signature, and more are beink added when I get 10 minutes to do them (it's rare, but it happens! Occasionally! >.>) -
