Yeah I've had the same problem(I live in VA too) so far they have fixed once they find out I'm on satellite internet. 1st time they said they may not fix it again but the last time they did it with no problem. I think they get alot of tickets with issues like this and don't always have the time to fix it.

Thanks I like most of the adjustments you made, I change a few to get some more boost in other areas but keep it with Perma -hasten and nearly Perma IW
yeah I do have Ragnarok mostly just for the bonuses
I put PvP IOs back being i already own Gladiator's Armor - TP Protection +3% Def and Shield Wall - +Res (Teleportation), +3% Res

I do alot of soloing or I'm in TFs
Yes my build is highly expensive, but I have over 75% of it already.
Endurance hasn't been much of issue unless I really go all out for awhile
The Defense Soft cap for range build seems to give up alot in other areas. I think I may add 2 BasGaze enhance to each of my holds to boost my defense some
saw you added Hover which does work well with Stalagmites.
I like the idea of adding another pet but hate to give up my Psi res/def and IW
Musculature Radial Paragon is what i think will be best for my build being it will not only boost my damage letting me kill fast mean using less end. It also buffs my Def and tohit debuffs it also helps boost my End recovery as well

I'm on Guardian, I guess i will have to try to sell them on the Guardian forum or just ask around in game if any are interested. Right now i just have an Damage/range. The others about 15 of them of all different types will be available after i19 hits and i do respecs. it's a good thing i have alot of vet respec because i have about 42 HOs in total to move out lucky only about 19 are plus. Keeping 4 in the build everything else will go to mostly Purples which I'm hoping the HOs provide funds for a set or two.

I have returned to this game after being gone awhile, one of my favorite Characters Has alot of HO enhancements but most are combined which for what ever reason I can't put of the market or email to other Characters. I wanting to put Set inventions(Purples mostly) in their place, but i hate to just delete them. Any ideas? I'm sure some people have had this problem before what did you do?

Virginia in the Country, The put in Fiso with in about 5 miles of my house last yr but have no plans of continue it at this time. No DSL No cable it's Dial-up or satellite. The satellite was working better then this before but ever since got my new PC the Updater as a hard time makeing connections

More like just hate having satellite to connect with. Over 3 Hours and still no connection. And yes i do have multiple Updaters open. Maybe by the time the event is over I'll be able to play. Save me Some treats.
Would be nice if they would make the Updater more Satellite friendly. -

well I already have Fly so getting hover isn't a big deal there and I have assault already to so Maneuvers is easily put in so just using getting combat jump.
Damn I just remembered Hover may not be the best choose being I need to be on the ground to us Stalagmites, and that's my favorite opening attack back to the drawing board -

I'm thinking about picking up Hover, Combat jump and Maneuvers each with LotG recharge global to help boost my defense and recharge to replace my Fitness pool after i19 hits

I debuff and control foes using my patches rather than slapping them with my AoE immob off the bat. If someone is out of my patch before my Immob is ready to land I use Gale to push them back into the patch (Quicksand and Volcanic Gasses make an awesome pairing!) and then immob them.
I solo, so being forced to take O2 Boost at level 1 would be a complete waste, since I cant use it on myself. At least Gale does some KB and a teensy hit of Damage in an AoE.

I Solo most of the time too at least I could heal my pet with the o2 boost and put one of the heal Global in to benefit me all the time.
I guess we all have our own way to play the set, would be nice if you had the option to choose what works best for each of us -
This isn't about Defenders this change wouldn't effect them. and I don't have it slotted or have it in my tray as in my point as it's a waste

Edit: And Earth/Storm - how are you *not* using gale? Shoving things back into Quicksand, Earthquake and Volcanic Gasses would seem ideal. Not to mention bunching them against walls/etc *before* using those. Shove them together with Gale - VG - Stone Cages (containment damage there) - Stalagmites (more containment damage) and you're good to go. You can get quite a bit of use out of it even before you get Hurricane (20 on a controller.)

Can we change the order of Gale and 02 Boost around?
I have an earth/storm controller for about 5 yrs and I have no use for Gale it's just a waste of power when your primary set locks everything down. If I could place a global in Gale it wouldn't be so bad but it has none, or if it had some decent damage, but as it stands now it's useless. -
