Its a great idea for high defence builds, and also for combining 3D movement AND immobilise protection.
Together they provde the same defence as Weave, for only two power picks instead of 3 and for less endurance. The downside of course is that they tie up two power pools, but if you can build around that, there is no downside.

I'm thinking about picking up Hover, Combat jump and Maneuvers each with LotG recharge global to help boost my defense and recharge to replace my Fitness pool after i19 hits
which should help bring closer to a some what perm IW

Damn I just remembered Hover may not be the best choose being I need to be on the ground to us Stalagmites, and that's my favorite opening attack back to the drawing board
Can you run Combat jump with hover?
Looking to add more defense and get another LOTG recharge when fitness going inherent.
