It's a known issue, they are working on it. Temp fix was made, if you don't see your server, enter anyone you can and back out. Your server should pop back up.

I'd buy that for a $1.

Hehe... That's what happened to me. I had no intention of getting the Cyborg costume set, I'd looked over the booster long ago and just really didn't have a desire for it. Even though quite a few of my favorite toons end up being robotic.

I was looking through the costume sets while making my newest controller and noticed the Android. Having never seen it before I was blown away.

The legs and arms. I had to have those legs! They ended up being the perfect addition to Prototype Protector's level 20 costume!

Chalk a sale up to being able to 'see' the items beforehand.

That actually is a bug, one they are working on.

I saw that set, was curious. Saw this plain guy wearing a long coat, basic pants and no hair. I was like... What's that have to do with being a 'Gunslinger'?

Now I'm curious if it will be the Malta pieces or all new western themed pieces.

Nomme is correct. It would have taken a year+ of reworking every single animation in game, from powers to emotes, for all 3 body types in order to be able to use powers while riding. Before someone had the epiphany that created Walk, we never would've seen anything like this because of the work load Vs payoff.

The tradeoff for having things like this is not being able to use anything at all while riding it, basically turning it into a moveable emote.

Also, with the popularity it's getting, combined with the fact that these things will generate good income, I fully expect to get more and more 'rigs' like this.

Magic Carpets
Flying Discs
Energy Bubbles
Broomsticks
Clouds


Not to mention, it could be explored that using this tech could be a backdoor to adding (don't shoot me, I don't care for them) vehicles to the game, in a limited capacity. I'm thinking more along the lines of Sky Skiff type vehicles, as oppossed to Porches but anything is possible in COX 1.5.

So, being someone that doesn't Beta, preferring to have it be as new as possible on live, I'm finding myself getting a lot of goodies I hadn't read about.

Quick search of Wiki doesn't give the answers so I decided to post here to get some and also to see what others are being 'surprised' to find.

Tutorial enhancements- When I run the tutorial, I'm getting (I think) 5 unique enhancements, with various buffs that sound pretty sweet. Names like Will of the Seers etc.

I'd read about the AT specific enhancers but these are new to me.
Do we have info about these? Do they vanish after a set time, should you wait to slot them? Can/Should we sell these on the market.


So, what 'little surprises' have you found? Something you'd missed hearing about. Something you'd expected to be bad but turned out great. Etc, etc.

Yeah, I took Posi's reaction to the mention of it during the UStream as 'confirmation'. Seeing as how the leaked video was so professional as to be not worth faking, and the subsequent deletes of threads. I'm pretty sure he's safe from Pebbles wrath.

I have no doubt that non attentive parents are giving coffee to toddlers, the abomination that is toddlers and tiaras proves how sad this country is getting.

That said, I used to date a barista and would sit in her starbucks for an hour or so waiting on her to get off everynight. I noticed this 'phenomenon' and mentioned it to her. She told me to sit closer to the register next time, as most of the moms that order for their little ones, do so by requesting it to be 'virgin' meaning it's basically just whipped milk and flavorings. Let's the kids feel included without having them turn into fiends.

Not saying all parents do that, just saying Starbucks does allow parents a choice in the matter.

Though, now that we have such an Epic encounter, less than 5 minutes into playing, we need to continue this feel throughout the whole game. Having GM's show up in standard arcs would be a good middle ground though.

I wonder why they are so adamant about not having the Collector's edition items in store. Is it to preserve the significance of said edition? Seems silly if so, wasn't that just another box that cost basically the same as all the others?

Sounds like a bug to me. I had no issues buying and having it unlocked right off. Didn't need to relog or anything.

I couldn't find the leaves option for kilts. I have it on one costume I saved, but when trying to load onto a new toon it came up broken and removed it.

The sale encouraged me to go ahead and buy it now. Plan to pick up a few emotes with the savings!
