I'm seeing orange-gold names 
I want the gold-orange name option.
The HTML color is quite literally "gold"
I'll check some other hues of HTML Hex coded color and see what I can come up with.

you don't get free Avatars with a ViP subscription. You have to buy a monthly license to use an Avatar from the Market.

EDIT: Under UserCP the Edit Avatar only gives an option to use no avatar. It doesn't have any way to upload an Avatar. Probably something to do with the tests they are trying to get limited posting capabilities by non-VIP accounts.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
