I believe that the only thing that will be missing is any custom characters you made in Mission Architect, those save to your computer.

Quote:That's the 24th issue of Intrepid Informer, doesn't mean it won't come out till i24.Look at the name of the thread.

Its a shame that they removed the Hawk's scaling to the enemy. I loved flinging Rocs at giant shivans.
-
I wonder if the BP lore pets will include a Ravager. I've always wanted a pet Ravager.
I don't think the CoT or 5th Column will show up unless they get incarnate level versions of themselves. -

No mention of the Nuke Change?
Other than that, looking great. -
Quote:Make it like Claws, only more extreme. Fast recharge, low endurance, fast animations, but each hit does minimal damage.I have a speedster(MA/SR scrapper) that's about 10mph below superspeed using only sprint, the rest is from auto powers and set bonuses. But yeah, for a real superspeed powerset the attacks would have to animate VERY quickly so I'm not sure what sort of balance issues that would cause.

Speaking of AoE buff powers, why are some of the mez protection ones (like in Empathy and Pain) not AoE while the one in Kinetics (Increase Density) is? And ID also gives all sorts of other good buffs.
Just seems sort of odd. -
Yea, I was talking about the Mastermind himself. I'm well aware of the absurd damage a Mastermind and his pets can put out.
So long as you have Provoke and a basic understanding of Bodyguard Mode soloing an AV isn't much of a challenge, generally. Now, there are some exceptions, of course. Some AVs with controller powers can be troublesome, and then there's Recluse and his infinite army of Bane Executioners. -
Quote:What better way to deal with over the top badass characters than make them fight something equally over the top and badass?I'm just picturing this:
Cold Domination superteam, 4 Sonic/Cold Corruptors, 2 Fire/Cold Corruptors, 2 Mind/Cold Controllers.
(Statesman Task Force, Lord Recluse cutscene triggers)
"Bow before my power! I have cloned each of you and powered them through the WEB. None shall pass!"
Everyone gets hit with Heat Lossx8, Benumb to taste and then Confused.
On the other hand, that might be the kind of goofy, innocent hijinx this game has needed for some time! -
Anything less than giant versions of ourselves to fight will now disappoint me, becaue I'm set on attack of the 50 foot ninjas.

Quote:I for one would like one pet set that flies naturally. So far we have no pets at all that fly naturally, and I'd prefer one pet set made up of them entirely to some scattered ones, so we could have airborne MMs.Yeah birds out of all things seems to be a good nasty power set. I enjoy the bird attack more than the wolf attacks. But the wolves attack well enough.
Because then nothing will be able to escape our wrath. -
-
The bird certainly feels nastier, and it actually has a use in that it kills flight.

If you're using the Overwhelming Force proc and the ragnorak it'd be literally impossible for any knockback to occur. Because the OF proc automatically changes any KB to KD. By some sort of massive KB debuff I believe.

Quote:That's a 50% increase in survivability. Pretty significant. It lets blasters take more but look at what it means in terms of practical survivability. When you get mezzed in a high stress situation, you go from lasting 6 seconds without the sustain, to maybe 9 with the sustain.
As well, if you're only gonna last 6 seconds, you probably shouldn't be at that difficulty in the first place. -
A power that works differently while dead than alive.

Quote:What?Warshade DPSERS are , I do not want to know what a dwarf surrounded by enemies does .
When switching forms .....
Especially in human form no toggles on .
Since you are a dpser , why slot a form power for max effiency .
When human form has more then enough dps power options , especially some of them still old value not touched. so those extreme you see are still extreme .
sorry maybe if you want max effiency , so that is the reason to change shape .
Then stay human , no need for lousy squid switching , no lost of seconds .
But if you want fun then yeah , switching is fun .
And one playstyle doesn't mean it is the perfect playstyle.
While might be perfect for you and fun , doesn't mean it is perfect for everybody .
I was specifically advocating the forms and switching. Switching in a triform build is he most effective by far. That way you can stack mires and use the Nova's AoEs, while also keeping up Eclipse. And since form switching is instant, there is no lost seconds.
I really don't want combos in a warshade. Combos are not the end all problem solver. Warshades are busy enough as is without orange circles all over the place. -
Storm Summoning does have wind (gale, hurricane, tornado), lightning (lightning cloud, thunder clap), and ice/snow (freezing rain).
The reason you can't have web control or exploding cards is because they are very specific to those characters, and you have to deal with copyright infringement. -
Right now they can proc as often as the power ticks, after i24 they will only be able to proc every 10 seconds. I don't know what'd happen with two, they might get their own 10 second counters or share one.
-
Or you could make them like nukes and not crash at all.

Quote:What DPS boost would you be talking about, then?Wow you Ignored half my post. I said scale back any DPS (here comes the important word) BOOST so that there is no real DPS change, just the ability to not have a militarily trained soldier run into melee to hit the giant killer robot with the back of his gun.
With my idea, Mastermind damage would remain the same but you could you know do things like focus on leveraging your secondary and or personal attacks if that is your thing.
