    [/ QUOTE ]You don't need taunt at L10, you can keep aggro with CE easily at that range.

    Oh, and if you try to take 8 man team spawns solo, you will die, but with isnps or support chars, you should be fine.

    [/ QUOTE ]Now that's just silly. It gives protection against energy, neg en and psi, all pretty common in CoV. Also, it gives that to teammates close to you, and those are resistances most resistance sets lack, which means brutes (especially invul) will love you.

    If you're going for PvE teaming, you'll need all AoE control you can get. And Wormhole is your best AoE control power.

    Freezing Rain ASAP, Hurricane and Snow storm are also very important, those 3 are the main powers from storm.

    Choking Cloud is a complete aggro magnet too, if you have it. With it and Hotfeet I can out-aggro any aura based Tank.

    Sure it can. Because the taunt-effect and aggro are not the same. If the taunt effect wears off, the foe will go after the one he's got aggro on.

    [/ QUOTE ]Of course, but the quote suggests he can actually draw aggro from foes within a tank's aura, which should be impiossible.

    ...unless of course he's fighting (relatively) high level enemies and the taunt effect of the aura lasts shorter time than the tick rate is...

    [/ QUOTE ]Incorrect. If assuming an attack has the same recharge and endurance cost (as most do, or are close anyways), and attacks are used the moment they're up, they'll drain 1 EPS per attack. Very few toggles cost more than that, certainly not the invul ones.

    As for typed and positional defence, they don't stack, the HIGHEST defence value you have gainst that attack, whether typed or positional, is used in defence calculations.

    You'll need dominate ASAP, it's your main power. After that I'd go for RI at 8, Mass hypno at 10, travel power pre-req at 12, travel at 14, stamina pre-requisites at 16, 18, stamina at 20, then TK, total dom, EF, terrify.

    It's useluf for PvP for the extra slow resist, but not for much else.
