Which ones are you intending on taking?

Dominate- 6 slotted- 3 hold - 2 acc- 1 recharge
(I use that because also do use it to 'stack quickly and break through tough mez protection')
Curious what other powers you've chosen (or will choose) then can advise!

Levitate: 1 acc 3 dam
Dominate: 1/2 acc 3 hold 1/2 rech
Confuse: 1/2 acc 3 conf 1 rech 0/1 end
Mass hypno: 2 acc 3 rech 1 sleep
TK: 3 end 3 rech
Total Dom: 2 Acc 1-3 rech 1-3 hold
Terrify: 2 Acc 1-3 dam 1-3 rech
Mass Confuse: 2 acc 2/3 rech 1/2 conf
Numbers depend on secondary and epic, Kin needs less recharge, Rad doesn't need other acc in AoE's, Someone with power boost needs less mez duration.

Have had an account for over 29 months now on US and now EU server. Think the highest level toon i had was lvl 15 fire/fire. So i would say i was releativley new to this game. so advice would be appreciated.
Currently got Mezz, levi, rad heal, acc metablism. Think i just hit lvl 6 this morning so that opens up a third power pool. What should be taken from this power set?
Any advice i would be most grateful!

You'll need dominate ASAP, it's your main power. After that I'd go for RI at 8, Mass hypno at 10, travel power pre-req at 12, travel at 14, stamina pre-requisites at 16, 18, stamina at 20, then TK, total dom, EF, terrify.
