Silly things i Like to see
Sock puppet hands.
Feet where hands would be and well hands were feet would be.
A long Balloon sword for Katana melle. ..or mabye not..
Pyramid head with a eye ball in the middle.
Re-arranged face. like mouth at the top of the head eyballs in the wrong places mabye that more of a Horror theme..
tv/montor for a head would be cool with random channels flipping through
Cartoon style heads.
Clock head would be neat ..that tells in game time! That would be awesome.
should mounted speakers.
How about carboard guns or water pistol styled guns for duel pistols? with a water shooting emote.
an oversized cowboy hat. or just a large cowboy hat where the head would be. with eyeholes cut out.

The beginning portion of it sounds as fine to me as the first part of the plot of the original movie.
Neither really makes sense as to why Tetsuo needs to be experimented on. At least to my recollection of the original anime.
At least the ending sounds a bit more understandable compared to the ending of Akira, which felt like they really didn't know what to do with it and just cobbled together *something* to make the movie end.
As for casting, I personally don't care either way what color of a person's skin plays what character, so long as the story and acting are good. -

five episodes into Fate/Zero, and i can safely say this is my favorite series to come out since Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 in 2009. course, im absurdly biased (I love everything about the nasuverse, so all this in-universe discussion and character development is amazing, and im admittedly infatuated with Saber) but it actually is really good. Fate/Stay Night was massively flawed, but F/Z is looking to be one of the best if not the best series of the year.
