I'm sorry, but there's no way to convert. You'd have to start a new account using an EU code.

NCSoft (more so, ParagonStudios) likely has this data, but like 99.999999% of all dataminers (read: all but Valve's steam hardware survey), it's not going to be shared with the general public, but mined up with a large variety of other data points (knowing what hardware the playerbase has is important to know what they need to support, what sort of additions they can add, etc).
-
It depends on how much you're willing to spend, what the Power Supply Unit in the computer will support, as well as what graphics settings you're wanting to be able to run it on.
-
Everything looks fine except the GeForce 9200. Like normal, PC Manufacturers skimp horribly on the graphics cards. It should work okay, but you're going to not be able to come anywhere close to Ultra Mode, since the x200 level of nVidia cards is just a bit above the bottom of the line in a generation (9 = generation, 2 = level within that generation).
It'll work fine, but you won't be getting all the shiny. -
All sets should have a fairly similar level of performance (I'd say the Devs have already largely accomplished that). That way, it's never a choice of performance vs fun (just like how in CoX, unlike most MMOs, it's not a choice of performance vs outfit).
I found my DM/EA Stalker fairly boring and squishy (as compared to both a NB/Regen and EM/Nin- the first entirely prebuff, and the second mostly, while the DM/EA was entirely post Stalker & EA buff), and it got abandoned at 23, and deleted about a year later (a few days ago, actually). -
There's more (far more) graphical options than just Ultra Mode. I'd imagine quite a lot of people that visit this section aren't using one of the few pre-defined levels.
Also, FPS will vary drastically based on what you're doing, or even where you are, and even where you're looking (looking straight at the ground will likely result in better framerate than staring into the center of the Rikti Mothership during a raid.
ParagonWiki might also be a better place to post and categorize this information (such as making a table), but it be hard to sort it all, since there's so many graphical options. -
Quote:A1 doesn't need to enter. Everything else is correct. All that is needed is someone to keep the mission open.
3) A1 and B1 enter mission (A1 entering may not be necessary) -
Since we're in nitpicking mode, here's one everyone missed:
Quote:I think you meant Cimerora thereITF - Imperious Task Force. Located in Croatoa. Croatoa is the home of the KHTF (Katie Hannon Task Force)
-
Virtue... why does that not surprise me? It seems like there's a lot of various issues lately that are Virtue specific... this might be one also.
-
Quote:Yes. To enter a mission, the mission holder either needs to be on your team, or you need someone currently in the mission.
Should Character B have entered the mission first? Should he have entered before Character A1 logged off? -
They're automatically there (well, you'll need to log out then back in, of course). There the various 'Justice' and 'Sinister' (w/ & w/out padding) items (not every possible slot will have an item from every set).
-
Quote:Exactly this. Also, when listing items on the market, I'd recommend listing under the going rate. Why? Because it'll give you some insulation in case the prices have peaked and are about to drop, as well as make your items sell quicker. In most cases, quantity is better than quality.first off, you are using the markets wrong. they are not stores. they are auction houses. which means place a bid you feel is what you would pay and wait. while waiting, you can go and do some missions or something and SELL the drops you don't want or can't use at the markets. this is the part where you make tons of infl/inf. and ther are very, very, very few items that sell for more then the infl/inf cap. they are PvP io's. no casual gamer should be worried about those at all.

What binds are giving you issue (/showbind KEY will tell you exactly what a key is bound to)? What are they doing, and what do you expect?
I'm not having any issues with my henchmen binds. -
If this was a game where you had to spend countless hours, over multiple years to complete one character (and then the next expansion comes out, invalidating months of work), I could see the desire.
This isn't one of those games. This is a game that encourages making a **** ton of charaters, again and again. -
Are you on Virtue? It seems to be a Virtue-specific issue based on a prior thread from about a week ago.
-
Alt+SysRq is accepted by the game as a valid bind, but it would appear that the game (or at least the bind subsystem) isn't processing that combination. Alt+PrintScreen is used in Windows to take a screenshot of the currently active Window, so it's possible there's an interference.
-
It's not, the cast times would be the same. Likely, it's just that the animations flow together better, making it feel better.
-
Which is also why NCSoft is so anal about credit card fraud (they have to balance making it as easy as possible for the customer, and keeping their merchant account).
-
Quote:Well that sucksThe damage divided out in bodyguard mode to your henchmen is special and doesn't inherit the damage types from the attack you're hit by, so it would be typeless and thus non-resistible.
Although on the positive side, that gives me an excuse to run around outside of Bodyguard mode more often

Service Pack 2 is an officially unsupported version of Windows XP, you should upgrade to SP3. Also, you should upgrade your video card's drivers (as well as audio, while you're at it).
-
It also works in Defensive/GoTo.
-
I'd wait about 10-30 minutes and check agian. If it's still happening, log on to a different character on the same server, and send a /petition with the names of the characters that you can't get back on to (and server!). A GM should be able to help you.

Does a henchman's resistance impact the amount of damage they take from shared bodyguard damage?
