The damage divided out in bodyguard mode to your henchmen is special and doesn't inherit the damage types from the attack you're hit by, so it would be typeless and thus non-resistible.

I would presume that the Mastermind's own Resistance would reduce damage to all, though.

Although on the positive side, that gives me an excuse to run around outside of Bodyguard mode more often

Does a henchman's resistance impact the amount of damage they take from shared bodyguard damage?
