No idea why he does't spawn them, but I like that they've finally made him into the hero he always wanted to be. I always felt sorry for him.

Yup. Forum Red Names Arbiter Curry, Kim, Oats, and Kim all show up (which is AWESOME), and then Fortunata Eiffel and Fortunata Whelan spawn up the ramp to Lord Recluse's tower, one to the left, and one to the right.

Note that you don't have to defeat any of the Arachnos between the Longbow Boat and the Bane Spider, other than Arbiters Curry and Kim. Once you've defeated the Arachnos surrounding the Bane Spider, and then the two Fortunatas, the Bane Spider will follow you back to the Longbow Boat and won't get "recauptured". You can ignore the other Arachnos mobs, and lead him to the boat.

Of course, Arbiter Oats will ambush you on the way, but I managed to out run him (without knowing that I was, since I saw his text, but not him).

And Savage Siren, and then Silent Blade show up, along with a few Bane Spider Executioners. I defeated all of them (including Oats) after I lead the Bane Spider to safety and got Mission Complete.

Interestingly, I also had the An Unusual Suspect Tip drop while I was fighting things. It was removed when I exited the mission, though. Darn.

AFAIK, the maximum number of Missions you can hold is 7, and the number of Story Arcs you can have active is 5.

From ParagonWiki:

Prior to Issue 17, characters could have a maximum of two active main arcs (blue book). With the increased active mission list from three to seven in Issue 17, the maximum number of main arcs that can be active was raised to five[1]. Contacts will not give missions that start a main arc if you are at the limit. They do not prevent minor arcs (green book) from beginning, however.

I think the GM told you the wrong number.

Unless I see a screenshot with proof, then nobody is seeing any Event Alerts in the Praetorian Zone Events channel.

Currently, with the exception of Rikti Invasions/Zombie Apocolypses, Praetoria has no Zone Events that work like the Hero/Villains Zone Events, so it has nothing to broadcast to that channel.

For the two under those bridges, I always swim to IC, then back to Nova, and get the credit.
