Hmm... It may be that the very first time you do Radio/Paper Missions, it only takes 3 to get the Safeguard/Mayhem Mission that goes with your level, and after that, it's raised to 5.
So, for example, a Level 50 who has never once run a Radio/Paper Mission can run 3, then get the PI Safeguard/Mayhem, and then will have to run 5 from that point on. Interesting. -

Here's a question: For those of you having your binds reset/changed/etc, are you storing your bind files in your CoH Folder? All of my binds are located in C:\Binds\ and I can't recall ever having had any problems with them resetting...

Yes. The first Atlas Park Safeguard/Mayhem is available after doing 3 Radio/Newspaper Missions. After that, the requirement is raised to 5.

Quote:Not true. Back when the in-game store first appeared on the Test Server, I "bought" the max number of slots for both of my accounts. Between copying characters and making new ones to test, I had my initial 12 filled, and the next 3 as well. Then, the in-game store went down, and I lost access to the remaining 21 slots. I deleted a charcter, thinking that I could use their slot, and it ended up locked out, too. I had to delete the characters in the first 3 slots past the initial 12, plus a character in one of the initial 12 slots before I had a free slot.Oh, and other times that the store has been down BEFORE i16, u were still able to use those unlocked slots.. its not letting ya now.. something is screwy
So, before the in-game store ever ended up on the Live Servers, I had already found out about this. It's worked that way ever since.
That available slot is one of your Original 12 Slots. That's why it's available. Anything after that will not be available until the in-game store comes back up. -
Almost. If he ate the glass after, and then poot'd, we'd be good.

I skipped the Leadership Pool. Rage gives a nice ToHit buff, and Fury gives a nice Damage buff.
As for Fitness, I ALWAYS take it. The more Recovery, the longer you can go. I've played Ex'd down to when I don't have Stamina, and I always chew through my End with the way I play. Essentially, I steamroll. As soon as I attack the first foe in a mob, I don't stop until everything on the map is dead, or I am.
Those are my opinions and playstyle, however. YMMV. -
That's doesn't keep you from playing the game. You can still go to the hospital, the base, use an inspiration, or have someone rez you. Therefore, it is not gamebreaking.
-
Heh. Yeah, that'll teach you patience. I learned via dial-up when I started playing.

Glad we could be of help! -
I did.
I'd wonder if it's my compy/vidja card, but Lightning Rod works fine...

As long as Indomitable Will doesn't get shut off, you'll be immune to Knock attacks, and almost immune to Mez attacks. I say almost, because while I was testing the new difficulty levels during Open Beta, I found what was too high when the Possessed Scientists were able to stack enough Mez on me to drop my toggles. >.<

Yup. When the in-game store is down, any empty slots past the initial 12 won't be available. So, in your case, you would need to delete 4 characters, so that you have 11 filled slots, and 1 empty slot.
Unless you don't care about the characters, your best bet is to just wait for the in-game store to return. -

Yup. It seems to be down.
Quote:Unless you only have 13 characters, you'd have to delete more than just one. When it locks out extra slots, you can't access ANY empty slots past the initial 12.Normally, I wouldn't care, but it has also seemed to lock out all of my extra character slots. I had 5 free ones that I just used up the other day, and now they are all locked. I don't really want to delete a character just so I can make a new one.
I found this out on Test Server not long after slots came out. I "bought" all 24 slots, and made a few new characters. I had, like, 15, when the Online Store went down on Test. I thought if I deleted 1, I'd get a slot freed up. I was wrong. Had to delete 4, so that I had less than 12 charaters.

Bacon!
I mean, I can't wait for your return! -
Very nice! I wish you the best of luck!

So far, I've only encountered this during a Taskforce. Both times, it was on Positron, but on two different characters.
The first time, the character was 10, and got the ding stuff for 11 to 15. When the character hit 16, 17, and 18, there was nothing.
The second time, the character was 42, and got nothing for hitting 43.
That kind of supports the theory that the problem is related to being SSK Ex'd.
